Armaye is very well informed of the natural environment & the animal species.
My husband and I wanted to experience Ethiopia and that is exactly what Armaye gave us. He was very responsive in the planning stages and answered all of our questions. He shared a lot of information with us during our trip to Bale National Park and we felt immersed in everything we did.
On day 1 we did the mammal walk with what seemed to be an enchanted forest and Day 2 was walking in the mountain looking for the Ethiopian wolf and going up to Tulu Dimtu 4377ft. We also enjoyed the local food.

Honeymoon safari

I would like to thank Kenyezi Safari (Chris, Michael, Chip) for the most amazing vacation experience I have ever had. I think I can speak for the other 8 ladies in my group, that the professionalism, detail and care we received made this trip such a success.
From start to finish, they were experts in planning airfare, touring the Cape Peninsula, especially the Penguin Sanctuary, while staying at the Spier Hotel and Winery in Stellenbosch, to Krueger National Park and staying at the Dulini River Lodge within the park. Having lunch on their deck and having elephants walk by is a sight I won’t soon forget. With our extremely educated rangers and trackers we entered the animal kingdom like no other. No words can describe the up close and personal experiences we had with the animals in their world.
We are all hoping to convince our husbands to come back for a golfing/safari combo trip in the near future. Take care and thanks you for an experience of a life time.

FANTASTIC FIVE STAR TOUR COMPANY!
THIS WAS FANTASTIC!!! I could not recommend this tour company any more highly. Every aspect of the trip was exceeded and we were surprised everyday with a new adventure. The mountain and the route were fantastic, but what really made this such a worthwhile investment were the guides. Everyone encouraged us, the entire time. The food was fantastic, the accommodations were superb and the equipment was top notch. I also really appreciated the organization of the tour company, which made us feel like we were in great hands. Great Experience, very well organized - totally recommended
We booked a 5-day safari with African Big Cats. We started in Arusha. The first lodge was great. The food was super tasty and the service staff was always eager and helpful. Emmanuel came the night before the safari to explain the itinerary and answer all our questions. The next morning we were picked up at the agreed time. We had a fantastic day in Tarangire Park. We were able to see many elephants and even a leopard. The next day we went to Ngorogoro. There are also many animals and beautiful viewpoints. The camp in the Serengeti was another highlight. Our driver Lordi was always ready to answer all questions and fulfill every wish. More than expected. We were completely satisfied with the organization prior, during and after the trip. The accommodations are very clean and well maintained. The food could not have been better. During the day we were served with super tasty lunch boxes and water/drinks.

TWO YEARS WAITING FOR OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Our history is summed up in that they do not give us back 2000 dollars. Our experience is being HORRIBLE.
We booked the safari in 2020 and they told us to pay all the amount, we did it (we shouldnt have done it, but now its too late). We couldnt go because of the Covid, so we ask for our money.
I have written them lots and lots of emails and whatsapps in this TWO YEARS and their answer is always the same: soon we will pay you the money. AND IT NEVER HAPPENS.
They give us excuses all the time, like: I've lost my cell phone, I've been away, we have few reservations... It's absolutely exasperating. We have been waiting for 2 years for the refund. We did not even demand 100% of the money, because they told us that 40% is used to reserve, so they would return 60% to us.
If you can, book the safari with another company, because this company is anything but serious.

Bartho (the owner) was recommended to us by a friend and since he was so helpful with our questions we chose him and his company among the vast amount of tour operators in Arusha. Oh boy we didn’t regret it.
Everything from the start until the too soon ending was amazing. The team we met was just the best.
Bartho helped us with everything the whole time, our driver Noel spotted like a champ and Dula (probably spelled him wrong, sry) our cook seemed to be some kind of magician. The entire team is just incredibly helpful and is striving to make your experience as perfect as it can be.
Apart from the great team our safari was amazing. The jeep was in a very good condition and i’d say quite comfy - what kinda suprised us. We even got pillows :) Thanks to Noel we saw the Big 5 and loads of other amazing animals and nature. He stopped and waited whenever we wanted to take pictures for as long as it took to get the best shots. The team even helped us out after the safari ended when we had problems with our flight.
Another big difference to other operators was the food. What Dula managed to cook 3 times a day with basic eqiupment is undescribable. We got 3 course meals every day which were always an absolute delight. On top of it water, soft drinks, beer and wine. We could see what others had for food/drinks and let me tell you it looked pathetic to what we had.
