Amazing and thoughtful
Suzanne was extremely patience and thoughtful. I got referred to Suzanne by another tour operator from Tanzania. She help finalized all plans and bookings. When time to book and pay, I encountered so many problems with transfers of funds that I had just given up. Went back to planning alone and reached back out to Suzanne 4 months later (I thought she didn’t want to work with me) but actually she was more than willing. She executed our transportation throughout Kenya including Safaris. We stayed at Masai Mara hotel, the guide was knowledgeable and funny. Jeep was clean, chargers worked. We stayed there 3 days, she arranged transportation to airport and we flew to Diani Beach. We had a guide that would pick us up daily for lunch and take us around the city. It was very personalized touch. I traveled with 3 small kids and spouse. We took the express train from Diani back to Nariobi. We had another driver pick us up and take to hotel. She even took us to get dinner. Picky kids at 10 pm and she knew exactly where to find food for good price. Suzanne arranged it all! There was never any gap of communication. If I had a question, I could ask her or driver. The drivers didn’t ask for any more additional money that what Suzanne had quoted 4 months prior. No haggling for any tips. We would love to plan another trip and I would use Motto Tours & Travel again and AGAIN!

A fantastic safari that far exceeded our expectations. Everything was more than perfect!!!
We spent four days on safari in Tanzania. Everything was perfectly organized (thank you, Godian!!!) and the safari far exceeded our expectations! We saw all of the Big Five, many big cats – even in large prides (once eight lionesses!). Alex Luanda was a fantastic guide – fluent in both German and English – he knew every animal and plant, and it was a real pleasure to listen to him. We were incredibly lucky to have him as our guide. Deo Gratius was a superb driver who got us safely along the difficult roads – without any breakdowns or getting stuck. Thank you to Alex and Deo, you gave us four unforgettable days.

Wayfairer helped us plan a perfect first visit to South Africa.
I can't say enough good things about Wayfairer Travel and the properties we visited on our first trip to Africa and South Africa. Our travel consultant (Kate) was extremely helpful in putting the plan together through multiple Zoom conversations. She took the time to get to know us and made excellent recommendations. When we thought we would not be able to book one of the properties because they showed no availability, she was able to contact them and get us in. That would not have happened without her and Wayfairer. Our concierge (Prada) was also very helpful in planning, organizing, and getting ready for the trip. Everything was handled in advance--airport pickup, drivers between locations, transfers, domestic flights within South Africa--they took care of everything.
The budget for the entire trip was very reasonable for the quality of properties where we stayed. I'm already looking at another trip to other parts of Africa later this year and will be using Wayfairer for that trip as well. I can't recommend them enough. The trip could not have been better!

We went on safari with African Bovine Adventures and it was an incredible experience. The accommodation was marvelous, comfortable, and well organized. The safari was very well organized. Our driver was excellent — it was clear that he really cared about showing us as many animals as possible. When we spotted wildlife, he positioned the vehicle in the best possible way so we could see everything clearly, while always showing respect for the animals.
He had extensive knowledge and was happy to answer all of our questions. At the same time, he was both friendly and highly professional.

a safe and comfortable journey
They planned an itinerary that perfectly matched the places we wanted to visit.
The itinerary was clearly written, and the pricing was transparent and easy to understand.
The payment process was simple, and we had no concerns at all.
Since our son is 6 years old, we could not see gorillas or chimpanzees, which are often highlights of Uganda trips.
Even so, the journey exceeded our expectations and was extremely satisfying.
Our guide, Allan, was very knowledgeable about Uganda, wildlife, and many other topics, and he explained everything clearly.
When our son got insect bites or fell and hurt himself, he responded immediately and appropriately.
We were very impressed by his high level of professionalism and ability to handle situations calmly.
He also took into account that my husband and I are not very confident in English, and spoke in clear, easy-to-understand English for us.
