Amazing Safari!
We were so pleasantly surprised by the safari! They picked us up from the airport and gave us a briefing in the hotel we arrived in. Alley gave us a nice and clear briefing. He also gave us a free upgrade to stay two nights at the Suricata Boma Lodge, which was so nice and new. After that our lovely guide Frederick took us and another couple to the safari journey of our life. We have seen all the big 5. We saw a cheetah hunt a gazelle. We were almost attacked by an elephant but the whole experience was so funny afterwards. Frederick was so knowledgeable throughout everything. He explained so much about the animals we saw, but also about Tanzanian culture and way of living. The two other couples were so nice and we are glad that we made the journey with them. It was so worth it and we would recommend the trip to everyone.
Just remember to bring your own pair of binoculars, because it makes seeing the animals so much more easier.

Fantastic Safari with expert guide and outstanding accommodations
We just completed an incredible journey in Tanzania. From the very start, Jose helped us put our 7 day safari and 4 night stay in Zanzibar together, and then helped us change our dates when something came up on our end. All of our accommodations, from the Acacia Tarangire Luxury Camp to the Serena Lodge at Ngorongoro Crater were excellent, capped off by the beautiful and relaxing stay at the Pongwe Beach Hotel in Zanzibar. Our guide, Hope, was marvelous. Having not seen a single lion during our safari in South Africa 18 years ago, we told him that spotting them was at the top of our list. He did not disappoint. By our count, we had at least 45 separate sightings, including several recent kills and a lion treeing a leopard. Hope also leaned on his fifteen years of experience to help us meet our dream of witnessing the massive wildebeest crossing of the Mara River from the perfect spot. He also navigated the challenges of driving through the Serengeti like a pro. All transports from the airports took place without a glitch.

Trip of a lifetime!
Chloe at Off2Africa put together the best trip ever! As a couple who had never been to Africa and just had a loose idea they wanted to go on a Safari, through dozens and dozens of emails, a 3 year Covid delay Chloe went above and beyond!
Chloe was able to help decide what we were looking to do and see, and suggested wonderful places to stay with the budget we had! All transportation was organized through Zimbabwe and into Botswana, right the way down to airport transfers. Everything was seamless! Her knowledge of the accommodation options and areas they are in are outstanding!
If you’re considering an African Safari, reach out to Chloe at Off2Africa, you will not be disappointed!

Efficient organised and friendly. Would highly recommend
I can't fault the bus. An added benefit was I saw more of South Africa. The journey was broken up with a couple of stops

Great organisation and fulfilled wishes
Dealing with Joy was a real pleasure. She was very attentive and made sure that everything was in order. When I asked for some extras she didn‘t hesitate to fulfill my wishes. The communication was always 100%!

Extremely professional and fast on responding back with answers to my questions.
It was a great experience. Children friendly and great food. Recommend this travel agency and tour over the rest. They went over and beyond to make my family (two young daughters) and myself(mother) feel welcome and comfortable.

Budget experience for MidRange price
First of all - National Parks are amazing!
However, this was no value for the price. I paid midrange and got budget service.
Generically, on the 7D trip 3 middle days are resting. No game ride in the morning before leaving Masai Mara so we arrived early to the next city and nothing to do. Next day after the morning ride there is the optional lake but again quite early finish especially if you dont want to pay for the lake extra. Lastly, again morning park and full day just driving. No sunset game. These 3 days could have been 2 and use the extra day for amboseli/masai mara or anything. Amboseli “full day” is 9.30-16.30 only.
However, more than anything your guide can make it the best experience or the worst. Mine was the latter - Castro. I see some other reviews mentioning his communication skills.
The guide’s communication was lacking. He was not giving us information. Which made the experience lesser. He was straight out annoyed when clarifying questions were asked. Especially about times. 30 min difference is huge when you wake up almost every morning at 6am.
We got very little information about the animals, except the name.
Then, he used our car as a taxi as well between cities.
The promised 1l water was not given. When asked the guide got aggressive. Like you got some in the hotel. That is none of your business. I paid 1l water a day with you and your company.
Everyone in my group paid budget and only me the mid range category. Really have the impression that I also got the budget driver.
Cherry on the top, he started to punish me. Dropping the others first eventhough my hotel was before and making an extra hour of bumping road. He thought I wouldn’t notice but I have GPS and connection.
Finally, I was told 1300$ after paying the deposit they told me 1300$ more to pay. It was quite unpleasant surprise as I checked at least 5 times for the price.
I would have expected higher standards from KATO member company.

Excellent tailor made and bespoke service
Excellent experience booking with Seremara Safaris. As a group of 4 we had a lovely experience. Benson was great in keeping in contact and particularly helpful in creating a complete itinerary that suited all of our needs and requests.

One of a kind experience!!
The safari in Uganda and Kenya has been great. My brother did safari with Saunterland in 2021 and referred me to them. I can attest its a great team starting from James handling the mails, Derrick who guided us in Uganda and Simon our guide in Kenya. Definitely I would travel with them again in future.

Superb service and amazing people. You will not find better value for money anywhere!!
A group of 6 of us went on the 3-day overnight Mokoro trip in July 2023. We were greeted at the office in Maun by really friendly staff before Kemy told us all about what we would do on the trip. We then were taken in vehicles to the Mokoros where we met with the local delta people who were to be our guides for the three days.
We went out in the mokoros with a crew of about 10-15 people plus the six of us. This included two chefs, three guides for our mokoros, and then several other mokoros which carried all of our gear. We were given the most amazing food, the tents were spacious and comfortable, and the views were unbelievable.
Over the three days, we hardly had to lift a finger as our guides were so helpful. We went on a number of amazing nature walks, seeing elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffalo, to name a few. Not only that but our guides gave us ample information on every question we had as we went. Other activities included trips in the mokoro amongst hippos and crocodiles, swimming in the delta (completely safe), and eating the best food we’ve ever had.
I cannot recommend Mosu safari tours enough. They were efficient, friendly, safe, and are the best value for money that you will find. As a group of six Irish men, we are all in full agreement that this was the highlight of our two month trip in southern-Africa. Thank you to everyone!
