Friendly, communicative and awesome Safari!
We had an amazing private safari tour with Njoo to travel and our guide Omery. We did the Mikumi and Sealous (Nyerere) reserves and although is was a long drive between the two, we’re glad that we did both as they were very different and we had some unique experiences in each. Every part of our tour was private whereas a lot of the other tours we saw were bigger groups. We went for mid level accommodation and it was basic (but fine) in Mikumi and a really nice lodge in Selous. Our guide Omery was amazing, he knew everyone and always had the scoop on where to go to find the action including big groups of lions hunting and a male eating it’s prey. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour provider, everything ran like clockwork!

Amazing experience.
We're just back from an amazing 3 day safari in the Masai Mara. Lucy was brilliant, everything from the professional quote she issued, to her timely responses to my questions. She explained everything so well and made the booking so easy. Our driver was Anthony, who is an exceptionally experienced and skilled driver. After a huge thunderstorm with extremely heavy rain he was able to get us to waterlogged parts of the park that other drivers could not, even stopping along the way to rescue another vehicle from the mud. He made it his priority that we saw all the animals and his sharp eyes ensured that we did.
We stayed in Jambo Mara Lodge which was perfect. The glass lodges are exactly like in the photos!
We had an amazing experience and I would not hesitate in recommending Savannah Woods Safaris.

Excellent and well organized
Itinerary was well organized.non stop game drive the tour guide/driver make sure we all get the informations about the wilds and able to see the Big 5.My husband and I witnessed the incredible wildebeest migration. Masai Mara river was magical the tour was the lifetime dream.

Our 4 day safari experience in Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tarangire with Crater Explorer Tour and Safari has just concluded and it was AMAZING.
We got in touch with them from Italy and Manuel was super helpful, he gave us all the information we needed for our first Safari experience.
Everything organized down to the smallest detail: from arrival at Kilimanjaro airport, to the transfer to the hotel in Arusha and all the movements in the various parks.
Really good and plentiful food, very well organized camping (with hot showers and sleeping bags) and the amazing guide. The guys at the tour do their best to make sure you don't miss out on anything. Experience highly recommended to everyone and above all EXCELLENT CRATER EXPLORER TOUR AND SAFARI. Asante Sana! Jambooooo!

Well organised magical trip
We had such a great time on our safari. We both had such a magical experience. We had some reservations having booked all via the internet without meeting anyone in person but as soon as our guide picked us up on day one all our fears disappeared. Everything ran so smoothly and was so well co-ordinated. All the accommodation was excellent and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. The food was also very good. What really topped everything off was our guide Saidi. He was excellent. His knowledge and driving skills were second to none. He was also a very nice guy and easy to get along with which made for a very relaxing time especially on the longer drives.
We would certainly have no issue with recommending the company and Saidi.
