Nice experience over all
So I booked the five days safari for Maasai Mara, it was a very decent experience especially compared to what I paid for. The driver was super nice but this safari could be better when it comes to many things. First thing is the optional activities, if you don’t do them you’ll be literally doing nothing “for hours?” In the car, so you’ll have to do them and each one costs around 20-30$ so each day after the second one you’ll be paying around 50$ per person including the tips, so if you’re doing 5 days, that’s around 150USD extra, I don’t mind that at all, as I really enjoyed the activities but I wish their price was included in the whole package as they are “technically” not optional:/ the second thing which is the Maasai village, I hated how I was literally “forced” to buy something from them, so my trip to the village which was supposed to be 20$ ended up as 40$ and what they sold me was the fabric, and it was used, they didn’t even give me a new one:/ I got to know that they have tons of new ones after they gave me the used one, with used I mean someone was wearing it for god’s know how long. The last point is the experience that I had in the very first accommodation when I was trying to buy a bottle of water using USD, and the guy told me “don’t expect me to give you Nairobi’s rates here in the bush, that literally made me feel very uncomfortable! He was super direct about trying to rip me off, as there’s no other place to buy water!
If you guys work on these small details I’m sure you’ll be more successful.
Other than that everything was very positive from how responsive they were, to how many animals we saw, and the memories I made with the people I met there!

Perfect attention to customer experience!
I went with Mambo Gorila to Gorilla trekking for one day. As I requested, and althoue very unusual, they managed to arranage a tour for only myself with the gorilas for the same price!
The price I got from Mambo was the best offer by a hundreds of dolars from other companies.
All the staff of the hotel and the company are so nice and helpful especialy Nicholus who took amazing care of me from the minuite I conacted Mambo and even helped me long after with other activitis in diffarent country (which were not paid to Mambo).
I recomend this company with all my hurt!

Going on safari is a very exciting thing. Seeing the sunrise and sunset surrounded by animals is an indescribable sensation! Jack is very kind and nice. The perfect guide for this type of experience. Highly recommended!

Had a fantastic 15-day trip through Uganda, which was perfectly organized by Sander and with a very pleasant guide Bob. After some research we ended up at Sander's company Grassrootz and we were very enthusiastic from the very first moment. Because Sander lived in Uganda and works with local partners, he has all the expertise to put together a great trip and he is also very accessible by telephone. Together we have been able to put together a program that fulfilled all our wishes. Everything was arranged down to the last detail with beautiful lodges, good food, pleasant guide, you name it. It was also communicated everywhere that it was our honeymoon, so in several places we were surprised with a nice surprise. Our guide Bob was especially good at what you look for in a guide, reliable in traffic, friendly, many connections and continuously concerned with whether our interests were being prioritized. All in all, a beautiful country to visit with a variety of nature, animals and culture, and we can 100% recommend this company to anyone who would like to make an impressive trip through Uganda in a safe and comfortable way!

Excellent Tour Company
We booked our safari tour with Awuor Escapades as they had availability of the dates that we wanted. It is very difficult to find the right safari but we are so happy we picked the right one. Our tour operator named Henry was very helpful. We had issues getting to Kenya as Saudia airlines messed it up. We came a day late in our safari tour but Henry managed to plan everything last minute for us. We really appreciated everything he did, from picking us up from the airport to dropping us off at Maasai Mara. As we missed a day of our safari tour , Henry managed to squeeze us in for a morning game drive which was not part of our itinerary.
Even though we were a day late , we felt that we made the most of it despite our circumstances,all thanks to our tour operator. We communicated with Henry a lot before our trip as it was our first safari , he reassured us and sent us a detailed plan of what we were going to do for our tour. If we needed help, he was there to answer all our questions. The service was excellent and highly recommend this tour company if you want to book a safari. If you are unsure about how many days and dates , please look through their other tours they will happily accommodate a day more or a day less.

My husband and I took a day trip to Lake Nakuru National Park, with a side trip to Lake Naivasha and Crescent Island, with Unscripted Safaris. Lewis responded promptly to all of our questions, and was very clear about pricing - what was included, what was extra, and what wasn't included. Online payment system worked well. On the day of, Philip picked us up at our hotel right on time, and the entire day was a wonderful experience, He was friendly, knowledgeable, and importantly, a safe driver. We highly recommend touring with Unscripted Safaris!
