You are a very good guide who knows his job very well... smiling, attentive to his customers, sociable, caring, passionate about his work, resourceful, motivated, very friendly, who goes out of his way to find a solution to each problem.
You allowed us to see things we would never have seen elsewhere, animals and magnificent landscapes. You gave us time to enjoy every moment.

Excellent, fast communication and incredible experience!
10/10 recommend. An absolute dream trip. Communication is SO easy - just text them (number is here on the website), and someone gets back to you fast with details. There are a few options - van or keep (go with Jeep!!) and type of accommodation (my group stayed at 3 different ones - camping and two mid range places - and everyone liked their lodging). The first night’s game drive was my favorite - absolutely incredible to see the animals and park at sunset. The second day is loonmmggg. Logistically you can’t get to the far reaches of the park if they were to split the day into two separate game drives so it makes sense but it is LONG and surprisingly exhausting even though you’re in the Jeep most of the day (there is a 30ish minute walk to see crocs and hippos). I recommend bringing snacks in case lunch ends up later as the guide finds the most beautiful spot.
Our driver / guide Johny was incredible and a true pro. We all had a great time getting to know him and each other. Other guides were asking him where to find animals - he’s clearly the best!
This is truly 10/10. The ONLY recommendations I have to make this company be even more of a total standout is 1) to bring thermoses of coffee and tea; 2) to bring wine and do a sunset thing or late afternoon cheers at the end of the second day to bring everyone together and celebrate a great safari. Our guide Johny took our group to a local bar (we asked) and it was so fun to see local bar culture and we bought some bottles of wine for a celebratory cheers.

The best Ethiopian experience
We recently had the privilege of embarking on an 8-day tour of Northern Ethiopia with Gamel Tours. From day one, it was clear that this would be a journey like no other.

Wow, what an incredible safari tour experience! From start to finish, I was completely captivated by the beauty and wonder of the wildlife and landscapes. The knowledgeable guides, Eric and Humphrey made sure every moment was filled with excitement and discovery. The close encounters with majestic animals like lions, elephants, and giraffes left me in awe of nature's magnificence. The open vehicle provided excellent visibility, allowing us to observe the animals in their natural habitat without disturbing them. The accommodations were comfortable and in harmony with the surroundings, offering a truly immersive experience.
