Incredible operator providing incredible experience
This could be a long one as I sing the praises of BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES, but they are THAT good.
I'm going to preface this by saying this is my 3rd safari (1st in Kenya) so expectations were high. BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES absolutely blew me away.
From the first emails responding to my laundry list of questions (the team were replying at crazy hours in their timezone) all the way to Whats Ap messages days after our safari ended, these guys know what good communication is.
Upon arrival in Nairobi Dickson, James and Dennis ( all true Maasai warriors) met us to show us the car we'd call home for the next six days and go over everything (great for my travel partner as I had taken care of all the booking and planning with the guys). Then, with James and Dennis at the wheel, we took off the very next day.
I don't think enough can be said about James' depth of knowledge and skill. Hands down the best guide I've ever come across. Not only did he know the best spots for finding the animals, an avid photographer himself, James knew the best angles so I could take the most incredible shots of my life.
The thing that set this team apart, however, was their friendly warmth. The ever smiling Dennis and truly lovable James taught us so much about Kenya, the Maasai, the reserves and animals but in such away that we all felt like one happy quartet of friends. Each morning we were greeted with excitement from James and Dennis along with huge smiles and open arms.
All the while, Dickson would be in contact via what's ap, making sure our dream vacation was living up to expectations. 100% it was.
We loved the ease of travelling to and exploring 3 different parks/ reserves ( Amboseli, Nakuru and Maasai Mara- James' legit backyard) as well as the great accomodation ( ask to include Bella Camp:inside the Maasai Mara reserve as part of your accomodation wishes, but only if you enjoy falling to sleep to the sounds of lions roaring or eating breakfast beside sunbathing hippos).
Absolutely every detail was taken care of by BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES and every one of my requests - a trip to a Maasai Village, a boat ride on Lake Naivasha , a great pic of a giraffe drinking water were fulfilled...and then some.
Do yourself a favor and book your very reasonably priced safari with BRIGHTE MAASAI ADVENTURES, an outstanding operator that deserves 6 stars!

Caring, pleasant, and kind.
It was just so wonderful. I saw lots of animals including rhinos. And Noel is really a nice guy. I’ve been in touch with him before the tour, and he answers everything. And when I arrived, he helped me get what I needed. And everything noel prepared is so nice! Good driver, good chef, and SOOOOO GOOD accomodations. One thing that was unfortunate was that some of the groups we traveled with stopped for so long that they wanted to take pictures. This isn't anyone's fault, it's my luck. Except that, everything is really fine. Just trust him. I am very grateful to Noel. I hope to come back someday!
Noel is a very humorous person, and we get in touch quickly. If you need anything or have a problem, they solve it! Thanks to him, he traveled with peace of mind.

Best first Safari
Overall I had a great experience for my first safari. The booking process was very easy and someone texted me the night before confirming the pickup time. The driver was very on time and very pleasant. We started our journey in a smaller van and then joined other visitors and took a bigger bus to the park. Both vehicles had AC and were comfortable for the ~3 hr drive.
At the park we met the ranger Joseph who was very friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. He always found the best stop position for us to see the animals and gave us good info about them. He also was on radio with other rangers to communicate about the spots where there were interesting animals. We saw elephants, giraffes, rhinos, hippos, alligators, baboons, different antelopes, zebras, and a lion. Joseph searched for a leopard, but they are hard to find. The lunch break was also very good and the food was good.
The whole trip was very well planned and on time.

Brilliant experience
Trip of a lifetime!
We did the 6 days 5 nights safari.
We were met by George the tour owner/operator on the very first day and he went through everything with us and answered any questions we had before departing for our Safari.
The whole trip was organised to perfection.
Guides, accommodation, views, wildlife, food all 10/10.
Exceeded all expectations.
Would highly recommend this safari.

A dream come true
Everything was top organized and perfectly fine. They exactly run the offered proposal. We were 2 people who joined a 4 day safari shared tour including 2 night Masai mara and 1 night Nakuru. In Masai mara we stayed at Miti mingi Camp and in Nakuru we stayed at Hotel Citymax. Meals were varied. The manager "Erastus" is a great and helpful man. He arranged a good program for us. We had 3 different game drives. The guide/Driver "Yohanes" was an expert driver. His knowledge about wild animals was great. We watched several animals and visited Masai Village and took amazing photos. Visiting the Mara river was great.

It doesn’t get better than Africa Zim!
If you want a company that is personal and flexible to design your perfect African holiday then Africa Zim is the company for you. The communication from Pamela in the office was excellent. Always replied straight away and nothing was too hard with what we wanted to do. We cannot speak highly enough of our guide Mthokozisi. He made our entire trip go smoothly. Everything from border crossings to personalised morning game drives and dining experiences. He even took us to visit his daughters school among other impromptu stops that money just cannot buy. It was like he was a part of our family. Thank you Mthokozisi and thank you Africa Zim for making our family holiday one of the best! Note to future travellers we felt incredibly safe at all times in Southern Africa in-spite of international travel reviews. This is a must see destination.

Fantastic holiday organised by Heidi
We booked a holiday of a lifetime to South Africa with Heidi Bedford of Pembury tours in 2019 but it took over three years to get there due to Covid and my father’s ill health causing postponements, but it was worth the wait. Everything about the holiday was superb. The itinerary Heidi put together ,and the choice of accommodation was perfect. Even though the weather worked against us and we didn’t get to go up Table Mountain or go on the Whale Watching tour at Hermanus, this didn’t spoil things for us as Ian Campbell-White, our guide in Cape Town, made our time with him so interesting and we saw so many whales from the coast at Hermanus from our fabulous sea view room that we had at the Marine Hotel.
We really enjoyed our visit to Franschhoek and our stay at the Avondrood Guest House was lovely. It is such an interesting property, unlike anywhere we have stayed before, and the day spent wine tasting using the Franschhoek Tram was unforgettable.
The two lodges that we stayed at in Kruger, Elephant Plains and &Beyond Ngala Tented, were exceptional, both from the point of view of superb hospitality and the excellent guides and trackers ensuring that every game drive was a new and exciting experience. We got to see so much wildlife and take so many photos and videos. Something for us to enjoy now we are back home again.
We were on a tight schedule for our flight back to the UK after leaving Kruger but Heidi had kindly arranged an escort at Cape Town airport to ensure a smooth connection onto our BA flight home, after flying in from Hoedspruit airport; we really appreciated this additional service as this reduced any stress we might have had if we had been at risk of missing our flight.
We will have no hesitation in recommending Heidi and Pembury Tours to any friends or family who express an interest in an African holiday and should we be lucky enough to be able to return to Africa again for a future holiday we will certainly use Pembury Tours again.

We have just finished a safari completely designed and sourced via silvach.
We visited the Masai Mara, Lake Nukuru, Amboseli national park and Tsavo west.
Silvach organized everything for us from Transport, Safair Guide to Accommodation, which we definitely couldn't fault.
The customer service is excellent, and even when we did have a fair few issues they where on hand quickly to solve them.
When we come back to Africa in the future we will definitely look to use them again.
