Prompt, professional, friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful
5/5

This was our first tour experience in Tanzania and we were not disappointed. To the contrary, KASC, were as per above, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our sales contact, the manager that met us in Arusha, and our driver / guide were all extremely capable and pleasant to deal with. As with any holiday, there were a number of changes in the plans and KASC where very accommodating.

Thanks for a wonderful holiday KASC, you guys are the best!

Reaching Mt. Meru Summit with Elia Safaris

Reaching Mt. Meru Summit with Elia Safari

With two friends I did a spontaneous 3 day Mt. Meru Trekking with Elia Safari and had one of the best experience of my lifetime.
They organised everything like transportation, guide, porters and also some hiking gear we hadn’t because we decided to do Mt. Meru 5 days before when we still were in Tanzania. It was all perfect.
Especially our Guide Gilberth was amazing! He knows so much about the envierment and nature around and we could asked any questions. Also he was so kind and communicative that we had really good conversations during the hike. He always took care and made us stay positive so we all reached the summit easily. Thanks for this so much!
When we come back for Kilimanjaro trekking we will definitely go with him again!!

Samuel is the best guide ever!
5/5

We had an unforgettable journey with the best guide. Accommodation was great, really close to the park, good food and staff. We even saw a cheetah and a hyena which is quite rare! We learned a lot from Samuel about animals and their behaviors, and received all support possible. Travel was comfortable, we felt very taken care of. Will recommend to all of our friends <3
- The only thing was a bit confusing with booking our accommodation on time, but we met Joseph in Nairobi and resolved it quickly.

Thank you and the best of luck with your business!

Excellent communication with the tour operator.
5/5

My recent Kenyan safari trip, spanning Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru, and the Masai Mara, was a journey of incredible highs and a few unexpected lows, all guided by the capable David.

Firstly, let's celebrate the highs. David's expertise and passion for Kenyan wildlife and landscapes were second to none. His ability to spot and explain the behavior of animals was remarkable. Amboseli's iconic elephants, Lake Nakuru's rhinos, and the majestic wildlife of the Masai Mara all came to life under his guidance.

The accommodations in most locations were comfortable and immersed us in the beauty of the surroundings. However, Aa Lodge in Amboseli was a disappointment due to cleanliness issues, which marred an otherwise fantastic experience. It's crucial that such places maintain their standards to provide a memorable stay.

Unfortunately, the experience at Aa Lodge Masai Mara took another turn for the worse during payment. Their reluctance to accept card payments and the refusal to provide change when we paid in cash left us frustrated. Such issues can significantly affect the overall impression of a trip.

Despite these hiccups, David's dedication to responsible tourism and conservation shone through. He emphasized the importance of supporting local communities and protecting Kenya's natural treasures, which left a positive impact on our journey.

In conclusion, the Kenyan safari trip with David was a mix of breathtaking wildlife encounters, cultural enrichment, and a few bumps along the way. While the accommodations in Amboseli and the payment experience in Masai Mara left room for improvement, David's exceptional guidance and the beauty of Kenya's wilderness made it a memorable adventure overall.

Beacon safaris is now become my all time favourite
5/5

Actually during year 2019 i want to come kenya with them, however because of some personal case i haven't make it happen
At this year of 2023, i finally made my trip
to kenya with beacon safaris and they not disappointed us! What a wonderful service they have done!
At first, Robert give us many suggestions based on my need, he have done his job in a really professional manner. After his professional and nice advise we have customized our 8days 7nights trip with almost all included in amboseli, naivasha, nakuru and masai mara
During the first day of trip, my wife and i decide to have a break in nairobi after a long flight.
Robert and Victor has made us a airport
transfer, also they have spent their time to let us buy safaricom sim card in the city in order to avoid long queue in airport. It is a really nice and easy way to get sim card in the city.
After one night stay in nairobi our 8days trip start with Peter and his van.
Peter is really a professional and a super nice man, always with smile on his face. driving safely and super on time during our whole trip.
We always have a good communication! And the safari itself become my splendid memory at all time. Peter always keep his mind on the radio to hear where the interesting animal is, and he is also good at to find animals by himself.
We have easily found all big five many times.
Overall it is really a super nice trip with beacon safaris and i will definitely choose them again in kenya!
Wish you the best

Very accommodating and professional service
5/5

We did the southern circuit of Tanzania. From the very beginning Smile with Us were quick to respond to our queries, and were very accommodating when it came to tailoring our itinerary.
We had a fantastic journey around 4 national parks with a private guide/ driver Khalifa. We saw everything we hoped to see and lots more. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We would highly recommend.

Nice excursions in Zanzibar for a decent price
4/5

We had lots of communication with Erick / FIF Tours prior the to trip. They requested a deposit via bank transfer but our bank was causing issues, so we agreed on on a cash deposit upon arrival in Tanzania.

The guide in Zanzibar was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also cared very well for our dietary need (our previous guide failed on this).

Overall a very good experience, would definitely recommend.

Great Safari with Leisure Escapes: A Journey of Wildlife, Warmth, and Eye-Opening Moments in Kenya
5/5

We had an amazing 7-day safari in Kenya with Leisure Escapes. The service provided by the company, especially Esther, was exceptional. She answered all our pre-trip questions promptly and kindly. Our guide, Jeff, made us feel safe throughout the trip, and he and Esther even joined us at the farewell dinner, going above and beyond her working hours.

The highlights of the trip included the stunning Amboseli sunset game drive surrounded by hundreds of animals, close encounters with giraffes and zebras near Lake Naivasha, and witnessing lions in the Masai Mara. The special tent accommodation in Masai Mara added to the unique experience, and many more!

For future travelers considering this tour, I have a few suggestions:

1.Consider removing Lake Nakuru from the itinerary as it feels similar to Lake Naivasha (or the opposite). Replace it with a night of cultural or city experience to enhance the tour’s cultural aspect.
2.Visit the village near Amboseli to witness the local poverty firsthand, as it’s an eye-opening experience.
3.Request more a la carte local meals from Esther whenever possible, as the majority of meals are international buffets. It’s rarely possible though as there aren’t many options in national parks. While the food was good in hotels, experiencing more local cuisine would be appreciated.
4.Don’t hesitate to ask your guide and hotel staff questions to learn more about the culture, as the safari focuses on animals by its nature.

Overall, it was an incredible tour, and I highly recommend Leisure Escapes for your safari adventure.
