Everything perfect
From the first contact everything was perfect.
I just needed a few emails and had very few questions to confirm my booking with Dume safari.Henry planned everything i wanted very quick and very good.
Henry catched me up at the airport and and 1 our after landing I started with my guide Martin to Nairobi National Park.
My safari to Nairobi NP, Samburu, Ol Pejeta, Lake Nakuru and Massai Mara was really fantastic. I saw so many animals:-).
All the accommodations Henry booked for me were really really good, always inside the parks and very comfortable.
Our safari jeep , a Toyota Landcruiser was quite good.
But the best thing was Martin , my guide.
He made a perfect trip really special.He has a very good knowledge about wildlife, is very patient and best of all very very nice and friendly:-).
At the end of my trip I was invited to carnivore restaurant in Nairobi!

First class service under trying COVID pressures
We organized a dream vacation to Vic Falls including Rovos Rail transfer. As Covid hit, the rail portion was canceled and Megan stepped up to the plate and ensured our trip took place. It turned out to be amazing.
We liked the online travel package which was provided which contained plenty of useful information and fully outlined what we could expect on a daily basis as it helped us prepare in advance.
The accommodation recommended was top notch - a 5 star hotel, Vic Falls Safari Club and met all our requirements and was faultless; the same could be said about the tours and transport arrangements. Travelling in these strict health and safety times, having an itinerary that is safe and healthy and well organized sure takes a lot of one's mind.
Our package included transfers to and from airports, three tours, and accommodation with all meals which meant we could just sit back and enjoy. A great feeling

Simply great experience, very well organized. The team did everything they could to make us feel at home while in Tanzania. Starting with planning the trip, they will propose an itinirary based on your time, they are very quick in answering any questions and they are open for any adjustments which you might need.
Our guide Endeni did an outstanding job of locating and showing us all the animals. The car was very comfortable with free drinks available at all times. The hotels they provided were nice and comfortable.

Safari tour was amazing and unforgettable.
We took 3 day dafari from Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Ngorongoro crater. Tarangire and Ngorongoro you see tons of animals because there is no eye blocks. Lake Manyara is kind a rainforest style park and we saw climbing lion there! All the parks just swells life everywhere. We slept at Panorama campsite in a clay iglu.
Safari was a blast and the price was cheap compared to others. We slept at Lionsgate hostel and Nelson got us all we needed. Would recommend this company and their services as reliable and very nice tours. Guides were friendly and animal experts. Would love to come again!

I got what I expected!
We spent three perfect days with the driver Rama. The campsites were nice and waterproof tends. We were provided sleeping bags and layers for good sleep. Driver did his best, so we saw the Big Five from a good distance. The best was the success to wonder one young leopard hunting. The programming of the itinerary was complete so we had no dead times. Early wakening every morning resulted in observation of the beasts in their best time.

Amazing memories in Kenya
The 7-day private tour with my husband was amazing ! We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivaisha, Amboseli and Tsavo East, ending in Diani Beach. Isaac was 100% available to answer my questions before and during the trip. He was able to modify the original trip offer to end in Diani Beach which was perfect for our plans. Anthony our guide was very knowledgeable, easy going and friendly. He adapted himself to our rythm and needs. The hotels were all great, confortable and with delicious food.
