These people are truly professionals! Very communicative and very helpful, they can guide you anywhere. Of course they are reliable, you can always count on them! I have to give special mention to Swaleh who gave us a quick tour of Arusha town. It was a unique experience, he took us to the most coveted places and told us a lot of things, both about geography and history. And on top of that, it's also very funny! I also noticed the driver Denis, who made our trips to and from the airport more pleasant!

Outstanding custom safari experience
We (a group of 8 adults and 2 children)had very unique requirements for our safari - and there were several moving pieces to it. Wilson did an outstanding job of helping us plan, book, and manage our entire Kenya trip - which included visits to Masai Mara (flight + open jeep safari), and Amboseli Land Cruiser safari. The drivers he managed to secure for Masai Mara were outstanding and ensured we had the most amazing experience there. He also helped us book a private car with a guide to visit Lake Naivasha - which included a biking safari inside Hells Gate National Park, and a hike to the crater of Mount Longonot - again the driver he provided ensured we had very unique experience like buying fish in a local market and getting it cooked right there. After this - we had another private car that dropped us to Tsavo East from Mombasa and back. As you can see there were so many points and aspects that could have gone off schedule but not one did. Wilson was always available and on top of everything. He was flexible with the choices we had for our hotels and always eager to ensure we had a good time; he even come to the Masai Mara safari with us to ensure smooth running.
We are already planning our next trip to Kenya/Tanzania and will obviously directly work with Wilson to plan the next adventure. I strongly encourage you all to give him and his agency a chance to plan this once-in-a-lifetime trip for you and your group.

Amazing trip!
We had an absolutely incredible trip to Uganda with the amazing Francis.
This was a very special family trip as my Mum grew up in Uganda but hadn't been back there for 50 years. Francis effortlessly helped us to create an itinerary which allowed us to combine visits to places from my Mum's childhood along with a more regular safari/sightseeing itinerary. I actually contacted three different tour operators in the planning stage but Francis immediately stood out as the most responsive and helpful out of all of them.
Uganda was truly amazing in every way, but our trip was really enhanced by Francis's help, flexibility and knowledge. We all had so much fun with him and it made it the trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much!

Excellent service from start to finish
Having booked a 2 week stay in Zanzibar, I started looking at options for a day safari experience in mainland Tanzania and came across Luitours online. After some extensive research looking at reviews I emailed Ibrahim and started some dialogue. Ibrahim was incredibly patient with me as I asked loads of questions via email before I went ahead an booked a private tour for myself and my wife in Nyerere National Park. This was a day trip from Zanzibar which included hotel transfers, flights, safari as well as breakfast and lunch. It wasn't cheap at 540USD per person but it was so worth it. After paying a 30% deposit on line, I paid the balance on pick-up from my hotel in cash.
This trip does come with an early start, we were picked up from our hotel at 0330 for the nearly 2 hour trip to the airport. After a bit of hanging around we passed through domestic departures before boarding the plane for the 30 mins journey to the park where you land on a bush landing strip. At the strip there are toilets (clean) and also somewhere you could get a drink and souvenirs.
On arrival we were met by Erick our guide for the day, and after a 15 min wait we were ready to start our safari. It was worth paying a little extra for a private tour as we had an open-sided Toyota 4x4 to ourselves and Erick was happy to stop wherever we asked if we wanted to take photos of any animals or birds we had seen.
Im not sure about the other vehicles that were in the park, but we didn't follow everyone around in a convoy, Erick basically just went off road to take us to areas he thought we would see animals. It was absolutely fantastic and we managed to see lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, zebra, antelope, wildebeest, warthogs, giraffes, baboons, black faced monkeys as well as a ton of birds.
We stopped for breakfast of doughnuts, tea and coffee next to a lake, where again there was so many birds and animals to view. Lunch was in an area with baobab trees (also toilets) where again there were loads of birds to watch while you ate a delicious offering of vegetable stew, chicken and rice.
We spent a total of about nearly 9 hours in the park and it was amazing. This is an absolute must do from Zanzibar if you are able.
Ibrahim was great all the way before, during and after the booking process and would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Luitours.

East Africa Round trip
African Plateau has been my tour company of choice for the last 3 years. We currently ventured as a group of 3 well travelled ladies a round trip from Tanzania to Zanzibar to Rwanda, Uganda and back to Kenya.
