Amazing guides and hosts for Botswana!
Mike and Gake were the perfect local hosts for our adventures in Botswana. They are so cheerful and helpful. We did a stunning Mokoro trip and safari into the Okavango Delta outside of Maun and they also brought us up to Chobe National Park where we did a Game Drive in the Park and a river safari. It was amazing! Mike is a friendly and helpful guide who ensured that we got to see tons of Elephants, Hippos, Lions, Cheetah's and more! He told us a lot about the area, his background and why he is so passionate about being a guide.
They were also very flexible and responsive to our needs, as we had some special requirements. Communication was always clear and warm. Our trip exceeded our expectations so I'd definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Bostwana.
Thanks!

Tanzania is so beautiful But Jiwe adventures exceeded all our expectations
My husband and I enjoyed a 9 day safari around Tanzania with Jiwe adventures with Kent as our guide, and if I could give a higher review than excellent, I would. From booking to pick up through drop off, the entire experience was higher level class. Kent has an encyclopedic knowledge of birds, animals and flora, including behaviors and habitats, which is my joy. He taught us so much about the wildlife of Tanzania, but also about the culture and people, which is very important to us when traveling. Our lunches, even in the Savannah and in the Migration, included tablecloths and wine and hot meals eaten around a portable table set up, versus boxed lunches, a memorable and very classy and appreciated touch. The tent camps were beautiful and well stocked with great food and lovely and comfortable accommodations.
My husband benefited greatly from Kent’s shared love of wildlife photography, so they were able to share tips and Kent could always find the best spots for angle and light. The photos are amazing as a result. An added benefit was Kent’s years of experience, which showed in finding the animals, knowing the routes, and having great communication and relationships with his colleagues to best share information for the benefit of all of the tourists. In general, Kent was laid back and engaging at once, able to read us immediately and figure out our pace and preferences from the outset. His driving (a vital part of the journey, as many of the roads were difficult to pass), was competent, confident and careful, allowing us to relax knowing we were in great hands.
Overall, Kent and Jiwe adventures went above and beyond to give us the most incredible experience in Tanzania. I would and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Colors beautiful and lodges wonderful but deception for big cats
All perfect except the weather (too much rain so grass high and dificult to see lions cheetahs and leopards... ). All zebras, and antilopes are outside the reserve of Maasai mara or Mara Triangle because of high grass (too dangerous)
Maasai Mara is not well done because very expensive and complicated to change from a reserve to another (and not posible to stay for watching animals when we crossed the Noth Conservancy, this is a very bad point: a chetah was hunting and the guide did not want to satay because he was afraid of the penality...)
Guide (Stephen) not very good and we had to change him 2 days before the end of the Maasai Mara tour.

Great unexpected experience!
This was a real paradise vacation for me and my wife! We did a Garden route from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth and a Kruger park safari.
We did not expect such high quality of hiking trails (signs, markings, parking, supporting facilities, etc.) and got a lifetime experience.
The SA nature is just astonishing.
Food and accommodations were not expensive - we did not try to save, preferring better quality, but in general the offering is quite wide to match any budget.
Driving is easy, highways have great quality, expect to get some fines for over-speeding which is widely enforced :)
Safari of 2 days as more than enough - we would not be able to spend more days sitting in the car for such a long time.
Consider adding some bush-walking.
We got an excellent guide for the Panorama route, which succeeded in a short time to visit the best spots on the route and convey important and interesting facts of history, geography and economy.
We did the whole 2-weeks travel plan by ourselves and used Mmilo Tours via SafariBookings just for the Kruger safari and Panorama route.
Great vacation, will probably come back soon!
Extremely recommended!!!

Excellent Safari!
We had a great experience with Gladiola Adventures!
We took their offer of a car and guide for a family of 5, which allowed us great flexibility in planning and during the Safari - the guide was excellent and dealing with Gladiola was easy and honest.
Highly recommended and we already referred friends and family to them!

A dedicated team who ensured an exciting and successful safari experience
The staff at Blue Range Connect has earned my praise and appreciation through their ability to match my needs and requests to a comfortable and exciting safari experience.
My driver and guide Jims made sure that we had an unforgettable experience as we prowled the dirt paths across Kenya for 12 days. His knowledge, support and enthusiasm made this an unforgettable memory.
I cannot praise BRC enough. Check them out!

Best Camping Safari in Africa
From our initial email while planning our trip to the last minute as we said our good byes Ernest the director-Wild Gaze Safaris has been close to our side and ready to attend to our needs. He was very helpful in putting together an impeccable camping itinerary in Selous Game Reserve. We were overjoyed to find him waiting for us at Dar-es-Salaam and to learn that he would be our guide too. His experience of guiding in Selous was evident; he knew where to go in the unmarked wild trails to get wild animals. It’s like he had a sixth sense of tracking and spotting them. We saw huge elephants and buffalo herds, hyenas, lions, different birds, giraffes and others. In addition to the many game drives we also did a bit of fishing and boat safaris on Rufiji River.
This camping trip has been one of our best experiences in Africa.

Good experience for an affordable price
We had a good experience with Focus in Africa. We actually booked the Safari with a different company with higher prices (SD Safaris) but ended up being put together with the Focus in Africa group. We had a great Safari and saw a lot of animals. It has to be said that the fridge in the car didn’t work and the driver did not check the spare tire before we went. So we ended up spending three hours at a petrol station. However, these sort of things seem to be just normal when booking a budget safari. So I would still definitely recommend the company. The communication is good and the price the best I have seen. The four day safari is a great experience as you get to see a lot of amazing landscapes and animals.
