Unforgettable!
These guys were great. We used them to organize our Gorilla trek in Uganda. We had already been on safari in Kenya, so didn't feel like the long drive to Bwindi from Entebbe so we flew into Rwanda where our wonderful guide john picked us, we proceeded to bwindi national park and gorilla trekking was so wonderful. African Based safaris staff were so organized,quick responses and answers for all the questions we asked and this compelled us to book our tour with them and never regretted. hotels in queen Elizabeth national park was fantastic. (Enganzi safari lodge) am just organizing my group to go back to this wonderful country Uganda. thank you African based safaris for your excellent services.

Great!!!
I am so glad that me and my husband choose Axis Africa Safaris. After a long search we decided to choose Axis and we never regret it. First of all we asked all of our questions with mail and Lennox from Axis always return those mails immediately with clear answers.
Our tour guide MARTIN, was one of the best!!! He was so dedicated, he was polite, clever, honest, decent man with a great sense of humor. He was always so understanding and helpful. With help of martin we saw nearly all animal kinds in Masai Mara. He was so hard working and has good relationships with the other drivers. Because of him our tour group has always the nices photo and experience. We also went Lake Nakura, Naivasha and Hells Gate with him and fall in love with those places. Our tour was budget but if u planning to go there or a private tour. Martin is the man :)
Also our luggage lost on the way. They helped us and when the luggae arrive they bring it to us as soon as possible.
Our 5 days budget tour was much more than we expected.

100% recommended this team! You will enjoy your time and be very well looked after.
Some details:
1. Godfrey checked our clothing at the hotel. They strongly recommended some additions eg warm snow pants. Some we had to rent at a very reasonable price, some they let us have for the duration of the hike.
2. Godfrey was the leader and excellent at his job. He hand selected his team. His number 2, Mr G was a big man with a big heart! Trekking with them was a bit like travelling with a family. When you trek with them, you will understand why this was a great aspect of this team.
3. “Polepole” means “slowly slowly“. The first day is short and you can walk fast. Don’t! Walk at Godfrey’s pace. As you get higher and the mountain is steeper, you will need to have found your slow walking tempo.
4. The camp is always set up for you when you arrive thanks to the amazing porters. You get hot water to the wash your hands, then some snacks and hot water for tea or coffee. Later, soup arrives (always delicious), followed by a main course.
5. Breakfast included eggs, sausages, bread ...
6. Do a lot of walking before this track. Google training hints for Kilimanjaro - the fitter you are the more fun you will have.
7. Google the Kilimanjaro song. They sing it a lot and is cool if you can eventually join in. These guys are good singers and take every chance to do so!
8. Jackson was the person we organised the tour with. He manages MJ Safaris. He was very prompt to answer all our questions and was very helpful.

Very efficient and professional service
We travelled through Amboseli to Aberdare/sweetwaters to Naivasha and Masai Mara with excellent planning and prompt services from the tour operators. Jackie would answer our queries and concerns promptly and act on them. Our tour guide Sam was knowledgeable and had very good outgoing personality to match. The hotel selection was also very good. All in all a very good experience and I along with my group would all endorse them.

4 days 3 Nights Murchison, Gorilla tracking adventure
African Adventure travellers took us on unforgettable getaway that truly has it all, 4 days Murchison falls Safari provided us plenty of ways to make the most of our days, from adrenaline pumping mountain attractions to family pleasing events and entertainment. Sarah the reservation Manager helped me look for Gorilla Permits yet most of the tour companies replied advising me to wait for some extra days. Murchison falls park gave us all that we wanted.Seeing the lions, hiking to the top of the falls. Not forgetting the nestled in beautiful and secluded lodges that was on to the point as agreed. Magical moments in Tanzania
This was my third safari using Tropical Trails and I hope to go again next year. The communication with the office is always quick and efficient. My driver Wilson for the last two is excellent. He is a safe driver and is full of information about the area and culture. He is also an excellent spotter of birds and wild life and we saw some amazing sights. He was always patient and when my daughter desperately wanted to photograph a hippo yawning we waited twenty minutes for the magical event. Nothing was too much trouble.
