The tour operator didn’t fulfill is promise but our guide was fantastic,fun full of knowledge safe.
We love our five days safaris . We manage with the our guide to see all animals possible and the best spot and places through our tours . Our guide Joseph was fantastic, kind , fun and a lot of knowledge through this adventure . But migration venture Africa didn’t fulfill the promise of secure 2 lodges or accommodations that they described in their offers which upset us because 5 days safaris cost a lot of money . People who chose this company need to make sure to have insurance that they will get the service paid.

Incredible Experience!
Having traveled all over the world, this trip ranks towards the top of our list for experiences. Booking was somewhat easy, although making payment(s) was a little tricky. Upon arrival, we were met at the airport exactly as planned, and rode for approximately 90 minutes to our hotel. The hotel itself was good, although it was not the usual 'premium' hotel that they normally use. In the morning, we met our guide (Gasper) who packed our bags into the safari vehicle, and then he offered to stop at a grocery store for snacks, since we would be on the road for several hours.
This safari package is different from the ones being offered in the South Africa region. We literally spent hours and hours in the vehicle, driving from one lodge to another, as we traversed the massive Serengetti region. Gasper was absolutely awesome! He afforded us SO many opportunities to see animals, everywhere we wen - and he went well above and beyond, every single day.
We were two couples in decent shape, yet we were always glad to be out of the vehicle at the end of each day. You will want to be prepared for long, dusty, and bumpy rides for the entire time. (We were there 7-8 days). You will have an opportunity to meet some very nice folks at each lodge - they are wonderful. Unfortunately, the busy itinerary does not allow enough time to really get to know them. However, the minimal amount of time spent with them (during meal time), is really enjoyable.
Pros:
* Abundant wildlife sightings
* Plenty of photo opportunities
* Great guide
Cons:
* Roads are super rough, and incredibly dusty (no fault of KASC)
* Safari vehicle is loud, rattles, no reclining seats (like others had) and windows did not fully open (Could use some maintenance)
*An error was made regarding an overnight lodge, so we were 'upgraded' to another lodge - which was substantially worse than the one that we had already booked. This was hard to understand, since we had our full itinerary months in advance.
Suggestions:
* Bring a buff/facemask to combat the dusty roads. This helps with the dust that seeps into the safari vehicle
* Quality binoculars are a must
* Consider bringing some school supplies to donate to a local school - such a rewarding experience!
* Add an additional night in Arusha upon arrival. It was nice to relax and catch up, after a very long flight.
