Perfect Safari!
We had a dream safari with Tanzanian Expeditions. The team is very professional and responsive, and we felt extremely safe and well taken care of the entire time we were in Tanzania. They were flexible with the itinerary, switching out one of the parks and taking me tanzanite shopping as requested on the first day.
Our guide, Ibrahim, was very knowledgeable and had an incredible eye for spotting wildlife. He frequently saw animals while driving that we could barely find with binoculars they provided and specific instructions. He was also good at predicting their movements and positioning the vehicle for our photos.
I got pricing for six day, mid-range safaris from about 15-20 companies and Tanzania Expeditions was very reasonably priced. The tour was good value for what we spent. The lodges & tented camps we stayed in were nicer than I expected from the photos online and the food was very good at all of them. We had no vehicle issues and it seemed well maintained.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with this company and I would definitely book with them again if we’re lucky enough to come back to Tanzania! A huge thank you to Alex, Ibrahim, and the team for a really special trip.

The safary's organisation with Sylwia was east, simple and she modify the trip with our whishes.
Our guide was just perfect ! He knows every species and know the place where to see them. And he take time for us to see and observe the differents species.

Trip of a lifetime
My Wife and I did an 11-day safari with Bright African Safari and it was a truly memorable experience. Salim was very accommodating and responsive to our requests and tailored an itinerary that was perfect for what we had requested. They were able to quickly and easily deal with my flight delay which also involved coordinating picking up my wife from Moshi, picking me up from the airport and getting us to our hotel in Arusha.
The trip itself was amazing. Malisa was an incredible guide and always made sure we were having a good time and doing what interested us. He was willing to start our Safari as early as we wanted or as late as we wanted if we wanted some extra sleep (which we rarely did since each day was packed with adventure). Malisa would take us to areas that were not crowded where we saw some truly amazing sights such as a lioness taking down a wildebeest, two lionesses with two very young cubs and a massive Jaguar in a tree. Malisa was very responsible and respectful of nature when visiting these areas, never did anything to disturb the animals or put us in any danger.
We are very glad we went with Bright African Safari and feel like we had the perfect vacation.

We have used Extraordinary Journeys twice for a Safari trip to Kenya and most recently on our trip to South Africa. Our lodging was beyond our greatest expectations with each camp offering a unique experience. We felt safe and welcomed as family at each lodge we stayed at. My Third Excellent Safari Experience
I have now worked with Journeys Discovering Africa three years in a row for my safari trips to Uganda and Rwanda to see Gorillas, Chimpanzees, and Golden Monkeys.
