The best customer service and amazing tour
I have done 2 trips with Deo and both have been exceptional. He is reliable, trustworthy and professional. When I took my elderly mother he looked after her so well and made sure she was comfortable. I went back with my 2 sons and we enjoyed a great safari with Deo who was knowledgeable and helpful and great fun to be with.
Next time I return to Uganda I will definitely be contacting Deo.

Perfect trip through South Africa
We decided to book our holiday with Amazing Africa and they provided the perfect service. It started right from the beginning with the right itinerary, to the perfect hotels and activities. Amazing stay over New Year in Capetown
We made a tour on the Garden Route and stayed in Capetown over New Year. Everything was perfectly organized , the hotels/homes, safari trips and recommondations of restaurants were stunning and well chosen by the tour operator. You feel that the employees love what they do: they ask for your expectations and give you the best out of it.
Highly recommended and we will definitly come again!

Flying Serengeti Safari- Amazing experience!
I contacted Alex a few months before flying out to Tanzania. I had no prior knowledge of safaris having never been on one and Alex was very informative throughout the whole process. Despite working at short notice during the COVID pandemic she was able to plan and deliver a perfect experience!
The safari involved staying at 5 different lodges and Zanzibar extension with internal light aircraft flights between each one. However, the safari was so well planned by Alex that all of this was seamless.
The safari itself was a truly amazing experience. We saw the big 5 and witnessed the wilderbeest migration along with big cat action. The quality of the accommodation and service at Asilia was outstanding. Again, huge credit to Alex on this one as she recommended these lodges.
In the end, I decided to book my Zanzibar accommodation independently as I have several hotel points which I could use. Alex was accepting of this and was always very flexible.
Before booking my safari, I contacted around 25 safari companies which included those in the UK and local to Tanzania. I'm confident I chose the best as not did I have an amazing time but also Alex actually worked out to be one of the cost efficient. I felt some of the companies were heavily sales orientated but never with Alex- she is very passionate about safaris and I always felt she wanted me to have the best experience regardless of who I went with.
It's just a shame Alex only operates African tours as I would probably use her services for every holiday if I could!

Trip of a lifetime!
EASTCO did an exceptional job of planning, communicating and executing our trip of a lifetime. I booked through EASTCO after extensive research on multiple companies through TripAdvisor. I booked it in beginning of Jan. 2020 and then COVID happened. The months to follow we kept in communication and they were very transparent about the situation. my fiancé and I decided after multiple cancel flights and FINALLY being to secure our flight to Tanzania that we would still go on this trip to celebrate my 35th birthday. boy we glad we did! Each hotel/camp we stayed out was absolutely breath taking and better than I could have hoped for. Each place was clean, amazing Views and food was always delicious! Our driver Wilson was not only amazing at driving but spotting as well. For 7 days we searched for the big 5 which we found! The best part of the trip was getting to see the wildebeest migration. Because we went in September while the pandemic was still fresh in peoples mind, there weren’t a lot of travelers. At most of our camps and hotels we were the only ones staying so we definitely got VIP treatment. Wilson was telling us that typically during this time of the month there are hundreds of cars that waits up to 4 days to see the wildebeest cross the River. we were so fortunate to have just driven to the river on the first day and saw it! After 7 days of safari, we were transported to Arusha airport to relax in Zanzibar for a few days. We went when Zanzibar inaugurated their new president. We got to see the part live. We were the only tourist there at the celebration but it was amazing to see so many people prideful of their country celebrating. Everything about this trip was amazing. The 22+ Hour flight from California was well worth it. Please help support this boutique business during these difficult times. You will not be disappointed! Tanzania is safe. Not once did we ever fear covid or anything else! I’m still raving to my friends about this trip. Out of the 44 countries I have traveled to, Tanzania now has a special place in my heart!!!
