Once in a lifetime experience
I did a 3 day camping safari in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Nationalpark and it was amazing. The communication was really fast and friendly. Pick up from my hostel without problems. Our driver Meliaki was really passionate about finding a lot of animals and patient whenever we wanted to stop. David, our chef, was also exceptional good and cooked us the best meals. I booked this tour alone as a female solo traveler and ended up being in a group of six with amazing people.
The only thing I would do different is to bring more snack because we got really hungry in between meals and warmer clothes because it does get cold ( end December )

wonderful experience
Our guide, Dennis is the perfect person you should choose for the safari. He has the most awesome sights so he can seize every chance to find the animals from miles away! The driving is nice and the views are wonderful! Highly recommend Dennis because he is so responsive and friendly!

Available, everything scheduled perfectly, fast to answer to our concerns
The experience was incredible even though the pouring rain. We saw elephants, lions, giraffes, cheetah and so many other animals. Great communication with the tour operator, cheaper than other companies and available for any our concerns. Thanks!

It was a Happy New year Celebration for me and my husband on 31st December, 2023.
We booked a 3 days Safari to Masai Mara with this Company. It was a moment of joy for the three days. Edward our driver made our safari amazing by his knowledgeable and professional driving and guiding skills. We saw lots of animals.
Our accommodation, though being budget camp, it was equivalent to the value of the money we paid. The staff and services were very nice.
Our contact person was Antony, he is informative and good at communication. He gave us a price that was within our budget line.
We, heartily recommend them.

Good communication and comfortable safari
Great experience from the start. Lennox / Cynthia were very responsive during the booking stage and our guide Kevin made sure that our trip was comfortable. We were provided a few accommodation options to choose from based on budget and desired comfort level and very pretty happy with the lodges. Overall there were no surprises and they stuck to the original itinerary promised while booking.

We had a 5days safari booked through maxvel Safaris. It was outstanding from start to finish. We stayed at marvellous camps and hotel in masai mara and Nakuru.the transportation was fantastic, the guides were excellent, reliable and knowledgeable. we emailed and called Charles back and forth several times while planning our safari,he answered our questions promptly, and helped in agreeing into a great itinerary that we wouldn't change a thing, I am happy to recommend Charles and maxvel Safaris to anyone booking a safari in kenya.
