The best expirience ever with Gemuka Adventures
We are a family of 4 and do our 5 Day safari tour with Gemuka Adventures on January 2019. The tour was everything we could have wanted, and more. Our guide, Jackson, displayed the upmost professionalism and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the animals we encountered and was able to answer all of our questions with ease. The tents for camping were very comfortable and we did not run into a single problem in the 5 days. I highly recommend booking Gemuka Adventures because they made sure our safari experience was both safe and very enjoyable.

Trip of a lifetime
We went on a bespoke 2 week safari around most of the main points of Uganda. It was arranged extremely well with fantastic communication throughout all of the planning stages. The price was extremely competitive and offered better accommodation lodges than other companies who were charging more. We always felt safe and all of our needs were attended to. Our driver Aire (elephant) was amazing and knew exactly where to go to find the best animals, it’s not just about luck. He had great knowledge of the different parks and knew where animals would usually be. Our chef, David, for the camping element was amazing and made better food on a camping stove then o could make in a full kitchen. It was great learning from them about Uganda. It was an amazing experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better safari company.

MEMORABLE FLIGHT PACKAGE.
We wanted a flying package because of my dads Age and they gave just what we wanted, the hotels the booked for us was amazing and our guide in Masai Mara Simintei was a great guide and very knowledgeable.

Excellent 6 days in Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli.
We had a fantastic safari with our driver guide Martin. He was very well informed, cheerful and fun. 2 parents and our 3 children, 6, 9 and 11yrs quite the age range to test the mettle of any guide. Our lodge was very nice and, most important, we saw plenty of animals. I had set my heart on a hunt as I had read that Masai Mara was one of the few places that one could witness this, but I wasn’t holding my breath, To my luck we saw a pride of 6 lionesses get close to a group of zebras and with a bust of blurred speed one of the poor Zebs was down, totally making my trip. Martin really helped improve our odds, very knowledgeable with animal behavior.
During the booking process we paid a little extra to have a Land cruiser instead of a minivan. We're glad we did! A big Thank you to Martin, Erick and Ashley!

We had a magical safari experience! We did 4 days total, 3 of which were in the Masai Mara! We saw 4/5 of the big 5 and it’s so surreal being on safari. But now I know it’s absolutely one of my favorite thing! Richard, our driver, was incredibly great with the locals as well and you can tell he cares about these communities. Overall, one of the best experiences of my life!

Great experience that exceed our expectations !
The whole trip was just perfect, it exceed our expectations. From the booking process to the hotels and the activities everything was fluid and were very nice. Plus, Jaco is a great guide. He is really helpful and interesting. He taught us a lot about the animals and the plants. He showed us really interesting places and adapted to us. And he cooks well !

All round perfect trip!
We booked the semi-luxury 4 day safari from Nairobi to Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East and could not have been happier with our choice. Communication beforehand via e-mail was easy and Karanja generally responded very quickly and also offered to buy and print the train tickets for our onward journey to Mombasa for us. The lodges he picked more than lived up to our expectations and the different parks were all amazing in their own way - it was lovely to be able to see the changes in landscape and wildlife.
Our driver/guide, Nimrod, was professional and very knowledgeable and really added to the experience by giving interesting facts here and there and answering any questions we had. Traveling as two young women we felt comfortable the entire time. I especially enjoyed that he had an eye for fotography - he pointed out good shots and was conscious of how he positioned the car. Highlights included a cheetah, lions close to the car and jackals right next to the car, and a lot of elephants.

Outstanding Guide and Overall Experience!
We were impressed with Wildlife Safaris from the first emails we exchanged to get a quote and tour details. They were incredibly responsive and willing to answer every one of our questions. On tour, we were fortunate enough to have Hoppy as our private tour guide - he is EXCEPTIONAL!! Hoppy filled our days with adventure, amazing food, unbelievable animal sightings (Big 5!), history, culture, and humor. He was charming and willing to accommodate our every need. Note - we'd highly recommend a private tour!! Having Hoppy all to ourselves, we were able to make our own agenda, eat when we wanted, take breaks when we wanted, watch the (enter animal name here) longer if we wanted, take the 1000's photo of (enter animal name here) if we wanted. It definitely added to the ease and enjoyment of our trip. We could not have been happier with the experience!
If it helps others, our itinerary was as follows: Flew to Joburg (JNB), overnight at hotel near airport (helps with jet lag and in case your flight is delayed), picked up by Hoppy morning of Day 1 - drive Panorama route, overnight at Sabie River Bush Lodge (fantastic!), Day 2 & 3 - drive around Kruger, overnights at Skukuza Rest Camp, dinners at Cattle Baron (outstanding!), Day 4 - morning in Kruger, drive back to Joburg, overnight at hotel near airport, flew out next day.

our 11 days Combined Rwanda and Uganda (Easy booking process, Great Service, Knowledgeable Guide)
Our guide/driver Jean Marie Kagaba is one of the best. He spent several days with us taking us through our stops in Rwanda and Uganda. He speaks multiple languages and is well connected with the vendors and establishments. Jean Marie far exceeded our expectations of a guide/driver. Their equipment (They took us in First car Toyota Land Cruiser, of course) was well maintained and clean. what I like mostly was Booking process, they have e-payment and you pay by either Debit or credit card and it become very useful us while we don't like to carry money and also reducing Bank transfer charges. high recommended they e-payment system. can't thanks enough Frank and Jacky from my initial contact.
During our 11 days trip to Rwanda to see the mountain Gorillas but Jean Marie Kagaba’s professionalism and expertise meant we got so much more than we expected. He is rightfully very proud of his country, the government and what they have achieved in 20 short years since the genocide. He was always punctual, informative, answered our hundreds of questions with good grace and was relaxed and cheerful throughout. If we go back to Rwanda we will definitely use GOLDEN RWANDA SAFARIS .
