Benson was very communicative and flexible, he tries his best to accomplish client’s requirements.
We enjoyed 3 days safari in Masai Mara and we were very lucky with Bonface (our driver), very experienced driver, supportive and very kind.
Things to improve: the budget hotel ‘Miti mingi eco camp’ could improve the food and facilities.
Last but not least, we strongly DON’T RECOMMEND the visit to the Masai Village close to the camp Miti Mingi, it’s a tourist trap, a real feak, a fraud!

Endless memories created, many laughs and we felt safe and looked after
Diana was amazing at helping organise our trip, she was very quick with responses and helped with difficulties before the trip. Very please we were able to experience our trip with Kwezi.
Our driver Edward was very punctual, caring and informative. I'd say patient as well with 2 small children asking a million questions. Edward looked after my family and created life long memories. We hope to return again and will use Kwezi in the future.
We were lucky to see 4 out of the big 5.

Spectacular
We had a fabulous trip. Everything was perfect from drivers meeting us at the airport, to amazing accommodations, excellent safari guides, and five star service. Every day I saw something I never thought I would see in my life. We saw a new born zebra, baby lions, families of numerous animals and even a leopard stalking prey. We saw all of the big 5 as well as met Maasai people and learned about their life. The landscapes and sunsets were breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Amazing week with Godwin and Shengena!
My wife and I explored the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Tarengire with Godwin as our tour guide. From the moment our flight arrived to the drop-off at the airport, the communication, friendliness, reliability, professionalism, and service were exceptional. Godwin is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable tour guide, plus he's very personable and always ready with a smile, whether we're jumping back in the jeep or having a meal. His insights into what we were seeing, his ability to spot things from the road, and his awareness of where to be created several exciting and educational moments every day! We always felt completely safe and that he had it all covered, from our drives to meals to any paperwork necessary to enter the parks. We can't imagine it's easy being "always on" for almost every waking moment for 5+ days with tourists, but Godwin demonstrates the best of how to handle the situation with an fantastic attitude and exemplary service. Highly recommend and absolutely worth the cost. May you have as many outstanding moments as we did!

Fantastic Family Experience & 5* Service from Bison Safaris
From start to finish, the communication, service etc from Maggie (MD) was over and beyond my expectations and where I was having difficulty in booking train, ferry, excursion tickets, Maggie kindly arranged all this for us at no extra cost. We booked the 3 night Masai Mara safari including Nakuru National Park and the whole experience was fantastic. Our guide, Paul was very friendly, knowledgeable & enjoyed his company. We stayed in the budget camp which was a great experience.
Maggie also arranged car hire with driver as we wanted to visit other towns and cities in Kenya. The vehilce provided was very comfortable for our party of 4. Our driver, Simon was very friendly and had good knowledge of the roads, we gelled really well and are still in contact.
My wife and I were travelling with my elderly parents & I cannot thank Maggie & Bison Safaris enough for their assistance which made our trip very memorable. I would highly recommed Bison for a hassle free, prompt and professional service.

A dream come true
A great trip. We only had one week but we were able to take advantage of it by seeing what interested us: experience with gorillas, trekking to see chimpanzees, safari in different national parks... a very complete trip that with the help of our guide, Lucky, we were able to experience.
He was respectful and very kind, and he also made sure that everything was in accordance with our expectations.
We will recommend this trip and this guide to our family and friends so that they can also enjoy this magnificent experience.

The ONLY safari operator you should choose (actually)
I can't recommend Estleon enough - this was (not exaggerating) the best trip I've ever taken in my entire life. Esther and Ben (Theuri) redefined how I think about trips and service. We took a 7 day trip through Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Nakaru and Masai Mara.
I was admittedly a little nervous about them because they are a smaller safari company than others, but I shouldn't have been. Our experience with them was nothing short of perfect. The fact that they specialize on the Kenya route we took and it showed. Their relationships with the properties (especially Wilder Group) benefited us a lot. In addition, they also provided the best rates of the safari companies we shopped: the only time you don't have to trade off A+ service and product for saving money.
A little background: We were a group of 7 around the holidays and we drove a 4x4 Land Cruiser with a pop-up roof the entire time. Some of our other friends had warned us that 7 days was going to be too long so I was a bit apprehensive going into, especially because it wasn't high season. I needn't have worried. We left all wishing we could stay just for a few more days and enjoy the (absolutely incredible) lodgings more. In fact, we chose to skip a few game drives just to relax at the lodges we stayed in and enjoy beautiful Kenya.
In terms of nature: we easily the big 5 but also saw some incredible sights beyond that: a standoff between elephants and a lion pack, ostriches mating, a hunt between an eagle and a smaller bird, elephants playing, lions feeding on a bison. We saw so many different animals by the end, seeing giraffes, elephants and zebras felt like a dime a dozen. Ben was a perfect guide: he had all the early intel on the animals, was very smart/knowledgable and I learned a lot and clearly really respects nature/animals. In addition, he was hilarious! Could not recommend him enough.
The lodging was stand-out; my expectations were high but they still somehow exceeded them by a lot. Every stay was better than the last - we particularly loved the Cliff Nakaru (where we spent Christmas) and Entim Masai Mara (where we got to also do a sundowner on a game drive) were actually locations that I will never forget and would love to return. The service, cleanliness and food at each place was the best we've ever had. My friends are still dreaming about pineapple juice every morning :)
Finally, the broader experience. Ben (Theuri) and Esther accommodated our every need and we're a difficult group! Esther handled all of the coordination beautifully, was very responsive and I never was left wondering what was going to happen next. Ben was very flexible, willing to change plans for us and again, I noticed we consistently saw crazy sightings before the other cars got there, so whatever Ben is doing gave us front-row seats. Our group is a seasoned group of travelers (as in multiple members of our group have goals to visit every single country) and we all agreed this was probably the best trip we've been in our entire lives.
