Professional, interesting and well organised
Safpol organised a great 16 days long private tour of Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe for me and a group of friends. We often travel all over the world, however I must say that this was one of the best trips. We saw incredible African countries, we had great safaris and absolutely amazing sitings of wild animals. We stayed in elegant and beautifully designed lodges and hotels, our guide new all countries very well and had super knowledge of not only geography, flora and fauna, but also history of the countries. He also spoke our language in addition to English and German. He could bring us very close to the way of life in Africa and its people. The program was designed very well and allowed us to visit and experience the most interesting places in all visited countries. The food and the variety was excellent and least but not last I must say we had the most comfortable car we could imagine: luxurious Toyota Land-cruiser, which made our travel as comfortable as possible, taking into consideration that majority of roads in Namibia are dirt and sand roads and we did approx 3500 km during this tour. We certainly received a good value for money and we really enjoyed our time.
I would definitely recommend Safpol Safaris as the Tour Operator for organisation of complicated tours in Southern Africa.

Exceptional Bush Baby Experience safaris
My Wife and I, plus 5 other friends, undertook an 12 days Bush Baby Tour in mid-November 2017 - starting from Maun and ending at Victoria Falls,from the very start of the many, communications, each and every one was answered promptly and on time by MG. The camping set up exceeded expectations. As seasoned campers we were delighted with our set up. Bed and en suite with hot water supplied each night - luxury. At the end of each day of game tracking what a sight it was to come into camp to find the campfire burning and Ben and Kilos waiting to welcome us and, whilst reliving the wonders of the day, the delicious aromas of campfire cooking.
Our guide, Captain, was exceptional - what a wonderful understanding and love of nature he has. We saw 120 species of birds and 30 species of animals - the most exciting highlight was seeing the rhino however seeing a pack of 14 wild dogs made it even more fun.
I must not forget the support crew who cooked, boiled water and packed up our tents every two or three days and had every thing set up and ready at each new camp - very professional.
highlights were the Mokoro trip through the lily pads of the Okavango swamp, skirting snorting hippos, sighting beautiful birds and the silence of it all. Then the unexpected brunch set up under a giant baobab tree with giraffe and impala serving as a backdrop. But then when the elephants ambled past our camp - what a thrill to see these giants from ground level. Well I guess every day was a highlight.
The transfers between Botswana and Zimbabwe were spot on and the 'smoke that roars', the Vic Falls.

Another wonderful wildlife experience with Nature Travel Namibia!
This was our fifth birding and wildlife trip with Nature Travel Namibia and once again we had a fantastic time.
We only had a few days in Namibia so we reached out to Nick who suggested a short customized trip for us; all within a few hours' drive of Windhoek. The whole trip was perfectly organised and we saw all the endemic birds in the area! Nick has exceptional knowledge of the birds and mammals of Namibia, and is especially passionate about conservation in his country. We are already planning our next trip with Nature Travel Birding!

Good experience in Kenya
The communication with Bechy tours before departure was good and I got answers to all the questions I had about our trip from Nelly. Upon arrival we were met at Wilson Airport and were handed over tickets and program for the trip. Furthermore, we had a wonderful experience in Masai mara, and both the hotel, our driver, the food, and everything was successful. When we returned to Nairobi we were given train tickets for the journey further. Bechy tours are highly recommended and help make your holiday easier and better.

Efficient,quick and highly professional
We came across ATC through the internet. They were highly responsive and efficient to an extent (that i had doubts it could be fraud) . Every single request was promotly dealt with . Simply , they made our wish with this lifetime trip come true .
They even called us several times to answer all our questions which they ve already answered per mail) . As first timers to southetn Africa , we had too many questions . They were always extremely patient and friendly .
The trip was a dream . Not a single disappointment . Even when there .. whenever there was any uncertainty , they will resolve it on the spot .
As a family of three adults , we were in best hands , all went very smoothly , according to plan .This all has made our trip so memorable and enjoyable .

Great Service
I am always happy to be back home in Kenya but this time it was a 5 Day safari with my British friends at the Mara, Lake Nakuru and Lake Naivasha. The tour operator did an excellent service because i wanted to impress my friends who had never been to Africa - we got a very good choice of hotels and lodges, the driver/guide was very professional and I was happy to have consulted Felistus who was very patient with our queries and emails - she is outstanding!

Memorable safari experience
We had such an amazing time at Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and the Amboseli. If you are going on a first time safari, not knowing what to expect I would refer Oakland Tours any time. Our guide Edward was excellent and gave us plenty of time to stop and experience what interested us all. He was very knowledgable and made it very interesting for my family. We were very lucky to see so many different animals and birds, it was beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend Oakland Tours and Safaris, they are very professional and the driver/guide was very well versed with the terrain and logistics. It was a really magical experience.

Excellent safari in Kenya, highly recommended
Transtrek organised an excellent safari to Naivasha, Nakuru, Masai Mara and Naivosho Conservancy in Kenya for me, my partner and my father in December 2017. The booking, payment and administration process was very simple and easy, and gave me confidence we were booking with a reliable company. We had a superb guide and driver, Peter, who drove very well, had great knowledge about Kenya's wildlife, and who clearly enjoys his work. Because of his knowledge, we were able to see a huge range of wildlife, including all of the 'big five', at close quarters. The vehicle was comfortable and well maintained, and the accommodation was superb. We have since used Transtrek again, to book a very similar trip for friends, with confidence that they will have a great trip too. I highly recommend talking to them about your East African safari and travel plans, you won't be disappointed.
