I had planned a one day tour of Wasini Island and Marine park by this tour operator. It was great. Everything was well arranged and on time. Mildred was very resourceful and she communicated often; before, during and for feedback after the tour. The understanding and responsiveness was really helpful. In my view, the service and the fun of the tour was beyond my initial expectetions. I am convinced to choose this tour operator again.

Mussa really made our trip. I can't imagine having gone on safari with anyone else!
Mussa exceeded our expectations. His knowledge was over the top on the different regions and national parks we visited. The history behind different species of animals and their life styles was so fascinating to us. The information was effortless on his part. You can tell that he truly loves what he does and lives, eats, and breathes his homeland and animals. Additionally, he was so well mannered, polite, and protective of us. Safety was always his first concern. There are many dangerous situations you can find yourself in out in the wilderness of Africa. He will make sure you get the most out of your adventure while staying within the limits of safety. I have to admit that I cried when we left Mussa at the end of our trip. He's such a great, funny, good-hearted guy. We've remained pen-pals to this day. I could not recommend this tour group any more! The trip of a lifetime!

I was recommended to contact Safari Club, Paul and Ellie. I gave them most probably the shortest time ever to organise a trip to help me fulfil a lifelong dream and wow...did they come through. They were so friendly and asked me lots of questions about what I want to experience rather than focusing on selling the most the expensive tour.
My solo trip took me to Kenya on a 3 day safari to Maasai Mara and 6 day beach holiday. I stayed at Little Governors Camp, all the staff there were ever so friendly going out of their way to make you feel comfortable and safe...this is an open camp and the animals walk through any time of day or night. You are effectively in their home and as long as you respect them they will respect you. I had lunch with warthogs, zebras, giraffes and many more animals just walking on by. I met an experienced safari traveller at the camp and we had a great guide who explained everything to us about the land, animal habits and how to get the best experience.
Going in October you do risk getting caught out in the rain, and that did happen one afternoon but it just meant the next day was a beautiful sunny day with the animals out in force and I was lucky enough to see the Big 5. I had 2 wonderful friends surprise me with a balloon safari trip - hot air balloon over the Mara at sunrise finishing with a champagne breakfast.
Travelling on my own I was a little apprehensive but all the staff from the lady meeting me off the plane, drivers taking me from airport to airport/ hotel, pilots, camp staff to hotel staff were super friendly, well organised and put me straight at ease.
I would 100% recommend, and have been since coming back, Safari Club as the company to help anyone organise a safari holiday. They have actually been on all the holiday packages they sell and can give you first hand experience of to what to expect.

Your perfect tour partner in Uganda
My husband and I had a wonderful fortnight in Uganda, thanks largely to the unwavering commitment and attention to detail that Love Uganda displayed at every turn. Our itinerary took us through most of southwestern Uganda including the Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kibale National Park, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga National Park. Love Uganda organized both our transportation in a 4x4 as well as hotel bookings for our entire itinerary. Our driver/guide, Moses and our tour organizer, Israel did a sterling job of making us feel welcome in their beautiful country and ensuring that we wanted for nothing during our stay. Both of them went the extra mile to ensure that we got the most from our trip including refusing to give up on the more elusive sightings in the Ugandan wild. We were keen to travel with a local home grown operator, fully aware that the more prominent international companies were in any event relying on local talent to put their itineraries together. We were persuaded to opt for Love Uganda by the uniformly good reviews that previous travellers had given them. I am glad to say that they did not disappoint. Their network of local contacts ensured that every one of our experiences was smooth and seamless. I would heartily recommend them to anyone looking to explore this beautiful country.

Wonderful 3 day safari with Sunny Safaris
We had a 3 day trip with Sunny Safaris, going to Tarangire and staying at Simba tented lodge, then Ngorongoro and staying at Kilimamoja Lodge before a final day at lake Maynara. We were collected from our hotel in Arusha by our wonderful driver guide Pius, who has 19 years' experience as a safari guide, and he looked after our comfort and was a fount of knowledge about the wildlife and vegetation in the parks, and well as people and places we drove past on our way to the parks.
The accommodation was great, we really enjoyed the ambiance of Simba lodge, and Kilimamojo was very luxurious.
The food was excellent, including the picnic lunches.
Pius liaised with other drivers in the parks to find us the most exciting close encounters with the animals.
The safari was a wonderful experience and we think Sunny Safaris did an excellent job. Highly recommended to safari with this family company.

Impressive service
I found African Welcome Safaris by chance when searching Google for safari holidays, read their excellent reviews and went ahead and contacted them. From that first email Kathi was extremely responsive and helpful....emails came back same day or next day but often within hours. Nothing was too much trouble despite changing our plans numerous times....Kathi understood that this was to be the holiday of a lifetime and we wanted to get it 'just right'. She understood that we had a budget and offered us various choices within that budget. The accommodation she booked for us in Johannesburg was outstanding and every transfer and flight booked through African Welcome Safaris went without a hitch. The safari was out of this world and the advice she gave us about what reserve to visit and why was spot on. She communcated the special needs we had (there were a couple) to the hotel in Johannesburg and the lodge on safari making our stay perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend Kathi and African Welcome Safaris to anyone wanting to go on safari or simply to visit South Africa....we have already passed their details to two sets of friends thinking of going and they would definitely be our first choice were we to safari again. Incredible experience with karibu safari
We had an unbelievable time on a 6 days safari. Everything was perfectly organized. Our driver Richard was the best one and found every kind of animals and made everything possible no Mather what wishes we had!!! As a New Years Special the agency booked me a flight ticket to Mombasa! Thank you so much highly recommended
