We went on a seven days zafari with our guide Anwar, and we couldn’t been more satisfied, no doubt he knew where to find animals when in addition to learning us so much about them during the safari. The lunch we got was very good, and most of the hotels/camps was impeccable. We truly recommend Joagro safari, this is a journey we will always remember.

Amazing experience
I booked a 8 days safari plus a 2 days trekking on mount Kilimanjaro with Luna's wild rides in January 2024 for me and my grownup children and we had an amazing experience.
The manager Ana was very helpful both before the trip to customize a vacation just how we wanted, maximizing the time in the parks and also during the trip, for example, as we asked to make a diversion to visit Olduvai Gorge museum and in one day she organized everything to let us see this important archaeological site.
Our driver/guide for the safari, Rashid, with his 12 years experience allowed us to see all the big five and many more animals. He introduced us to the different landscapes and habitats of Tanzania, teaching us the habits of the different animals. He also explained us how people live in Tanzania, both in traditional and modern way according to the different tribes cultures.
In our mount Kilimanjaro trekking our guide Daniel and the three porters were very kind and helpful to us, who have absolutely no experience of climbing such a high mountain.

Adventure of a lifetime
From the very start Nickson, the business owner, was polite and helpful, we were able to make amendments to the 3 day tour and book easily. We were met at the airport by Nickson and his Guide, Mikey who turned out to be entertaining, engaging and a thoroughly nice person to spend 3 days with. We don’t book this tour as it was the cheapest, it wasn’t, but we thought what Nickson and his team offered sounded above and beyond some other operators and we were not disappointed. The experience from start to finish was amazing, as was the scenery, the animals, the food and the animals. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

Our guide was exceptional and did his best to make the day very enjoyable. he was very professional and gave a lot of explanations. thanks to him we were able to see four out of five.

Innocent was the best driver and guide!!!! We were so sad to leave him at the end of our excursion; he was so friendly and helpful and made us feel like he truly cared about our experience. With Innocent, he ensured we would see the big Five (which was an amazing feat in only 2 1/2 days!), he taught us about his customs and culture, safely and expertly drove during the wet season, and ensured that we were fed ample meals and were taken care of during our overnight stays. By the end of our trip we can honestly say that we made a new friend; he is so fun and easy to get along with! Also he’s a great communicator. Happiness was our travel organizer and she helped us choose our stays in Zanzibar and the Mainland and was always available for questions. We loved being able to arrive in Zanzibar for sun and relaxation, and then flying straight into the Serengeti to begin our Safari. Although the Safari ended up being a favorite, we loved being able to relax again on the beach before heading home. This 3-day luxury safari experience was just perfect. We were taken care of every step of the way! (We especially loved our stay at Karibu, Lions Paw!) Be sure to ask for Happiness and Innocent and your travels will be absolutely memorable. The 3-day luxury tour included the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. It’s a lot of driving but so worth it. You won’t regret booking!

Great Communication and a Tour with Hours of Delay
Reuban the company rep or owner, has great and fast communication. He promises an awesome tour endlessly but on two days of tours we did, there was hours of delays and most promised sites could not be seen. Port of Zanzibar, Tanzania: hours of delays, no turtles, no snorkeling, no monkeys as promised; the only site was the rock restaurant and 2+ hours were spent there needlessly. Port of Mombasa, Kenya to Tsavo Park: spent over 2.5 hours at the gate, not allowed inside the park, watching many other vans of private tours and MSC Cruises tours go in. Due to the delay, no lunch and no Masai Village. We were over 80 people in 14 vans - all bitterly disappointed! I cannot recommend this company.
