Kilimanjaro with Enosa was Amazing!
5/5

I had a wonderful time hiking Kilimanjaro with Enosa Expeditions! I did the
7 day Lemosho hike. Enosa provided one (fluent English) tour guide, one
cook, and five porters. I was the only tourist on this trek. One of the
porters also spoke some English, and he served all my meals everyday.
Speaking of meals, I never dreamed that I would eat so well on this trek!
Everyday breakfast and dinner were huge multi-course meals, including a
variety of food groups, and all having genuinely great flavors. There did
seem to be a lot of heavy-carb meals to provide and maintain energy through
the hike.

Everyday, upon arrival to the camp site, my tent was already prepared with
my large trekking bag, sleeping bag, and dining essentials laid out neatly,
and every morning they would pack it all up for me and carry it all to the
next camp site. While hiking, there were many occasions that I needed either
some guidance about how to maneuver a particular difficult area or simply
needed a stabilizing hand, and James, my guide, was always there and always
very helpful.

I always felt well take care of, I always felt safe, and I always felt that
Enosa had my best interests in mind. Here are two examples to illustrate
this: 1) As someone else mentioned, an extra winter hat was provided by
Enosa before we started the trek, but I found I didn't need it and never
used it on the trek, so they didn't charge me for the hat, and 2) the
morning that I left Kilimanjaro, Noel, Enosa's primary business contact,
arrived exactly on time and drove me the hour from Moshi to the JRO airport
in Arusha. That trip cost me $50 USD when I arrived. I had not planned for
this; Noel simply offered, and I graciously accepted.

Thanks again, Noel! Thanks again, James and everyone else! I never could've
done this without you, and I'll remember this wonderful experience for the rest of my life!

DO NOT USE SHE STEALS YOUR MONEY
1/5

We visited Uganda in June on the celebration of my 50th Birthday. All started well until we got to see the gorillas and same as last review no permits paid for and we had two days to pay for and had to pay twice. Again as last review we paid her in January. Then went to see Chimps in Kibale and were staying in a lovely hotel close to chimps but had to move as this was not paid for either! The driver was not being paid and was hassling us for money too which we had no choice but to give him or be left stranded. Bella did come and meet us and gave us same story. We did consider going to the police but trusted her that she would refund us. To date we have received nothing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Incredible experience !
5/5

We went on a 5 days in a private safari with the tour guide Ibrahim. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater.
He knew a lot about animals and we could learn a lot from him. The game drives were super, he knew exactly where to go so we could see the animals from close. He was communicating with the other guides and we drives were a real game, very fun! I was impressed by the level of professionalism of the guide, everything was organised perfectly. It went smooth and we felt we were taken good care of. We had nothing to worry about, he sorted out the packed lunches and the drinks.
The selection of the lodges was great. All very good standards and fantastic food. (rhino lodge, Serengeti heritage tented camp, octagon lodge and Jambo Lodge)
The Director of the Agency (Mr Jalala) came to meet us at the hotel on our last day before we left the continent. Asked for a feedback and was happy to listen our experience. In my opinion this shows how much he cares about his guests and is willing to make the experience unforgettable. Always looking for the best!
The itinerary through the parks was very well planned. We had time to enjoy without rushing. We didn't waste any time.
I strongly recommend this safari tour guide and wish them to be successful.

Tanzania is a "once in a lifetime holiday" and the wonderful people at APS made that come true
5/5

We began our search for an African Adventure by scrolling through awesome information and advise on Safari Bookings website. A great place to begin. Thanks Safari Bookings.
Then our "once in a lifetime" safari holiday to Tanzania really began to come true the moment we contacted African Paradise Safaris (APS). John Peter gave exceptional help and advice as we put together our trip, with his help we were able to customize our holiday so that it was the right fit for our party of 4. After best part of a year in planning and numerous enjoyable emails back and forth with John Peter, it was a little disappointing to realise we would not meet this man who had put together a fantastic itinerary for us.
Thanks Heaps John Peter.
We were met a Kilimanjaro airport by our driver / guide David. A better guide we couldn't have hoped for. His passion, care & knowledge for the wildlife - his "eagle eye" for spotting animals hidden to our inexpert eye - his personality and sense of humour and his attention to all the little details of our trip meant we had a safari experience way beyond our expectations. A very special man.
Thanks Heaps David....
And last a MASSIVE thank you to the most amazing animals for just being you...

Well organized and good fun
5/5

Cant fault them. I had very limited time of 3 nights. They managed my time very well and got me the permit very quickly. Chris was very responsive on the emails and the trip was well planned and everything met my expectations. My guide Simon was fantastic and highly recommend the use of this company.

Well organized and enjoyable safari trip for 6 days.
5/5

Very enjoyable experience. Everything went fine as planned. Robert, the trip advisor, was very helpful in answering our questions before our arrival. Ambrose, our driver-guide, was professional and friendly. He answered our questions and shared with us nice curiosities about animal’s wildlife during the safari.

If I have to be picky, the only negative aspect is that we had to wait about 45 min before somebody came to pick us at the airport.

Exceeded Expectations
5/5

Hazina Afrika is a real safari coordinator, there is nothing mass market or manufactured about this service or the safaris. Rama has an ability to grasp your individual experience expectations and incorporates this with his knowledge, experience and expertise to create your customized journey. Hazina Africa captures what I think is the true spirit of Tanzania and delivers a safari that is unique to your requests, from the beginning.
Rama is knowledgeable and has many years experience in all aspects of the safari business, he is quick to answer queries from the first enquiry to the last and is very helpful if arrangements change before or during your trip.
Hazina Afrika hand picks your guide to ensure they have an intricate knowledge and experience of the areas you are visiting, the terrains & animals but more importantly, Rama picks the guides to suit you.
I was chasing a migration crossing experience on my safari and while mother nature and luck were on my side I also had a fabulous guide who had worked in the Serengeti for many years and knew all the tracks and places to go, he quickly worked out what I was looking for and customized the journey. The tented camps in Serengeti were beautiful, well run and chosen close to your activities, I loved the tented camps chosen for my safari. The lodge in Ngorongoro was a perfect choice, I am not a lodge person but after many days on safari and given the cold in the crater the lodge again was a perfect choice by Rama.
I highly recommend Hazina Afrika to anyone that wants a more unique safari in Tanzania, with attention to detail, a high quality of service and a wealth of knowledge, not be just another guest in a mass market company.

Awesome experience! My family had great time! I would do it over...
5/5

The organizer(Levina) was excellent in giving us updates regularly and making sure everything was in order! The tour guy was friendly and easy to work with even though we had little kids. The service was great; even though we were worried about our kids would have issues being on the tour, we were wrong, they enjoyed the trip, the lunch meals, and even the places we spent the nights. Overall, the Safari tour was awesome!
