Review about Tarangire National Park by Eduardo

The scenic beauty is a highlight, together with the huge number of elephants (they are everywhere). We also saw a lion, a leopard, giraffes...
Highly recommended to spend a night in this park, to make the most out of it, especially in the Mpingo Ridge to experience the sunrise over the valley, and having breakfast with the view.

Review about Serengeti National Park by Eduardo

The scenic is amazing, with the endless grass plains. It has a great animal diversity to offer, from the animals we saw: lions (many of them, cubs, hunting/eating, in small groups, a large families of 15 lions...), cheetahs, leopard, hippos, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, crocodile... The list is long.

The incredible mix of animals and how they just hang out together makes it a very special place - special mention to the large number of lions and obviously the black rhinos (we saw above 10, even a couple mating).

Amazing, exceeded all expectations

What an amazing time. The camp exceeded all expectations, the staff helpful and the facilities excellent (amazing chalets, showers and WiFi) but most importantly the wildlife danced for me. The road to the lodge was terrible, but the camp more than made up for it

Fantastic safari in a beautiful country

What a beautiful country! The people, weather, beaches, bush, cricket and the food was absolutely superb. We had a fantastic safari in the Kruger NP and really enjoyed our time in Cape Town. Cannot recommend the country as a holiday destination enough!

About: Tanzania
Honeymoon in the Northern Circuit
Overall rating
5/5

We did a one-week private safari in the northern circuit operated by eTrip, starting off from Arusha to Tarangire (one night at Lemala's Mpingo Ridge), Ndutu (one night at Safari Lodge), central Serengeti (two nights at Lemala's Ewanyan Camp) and Ngorongoro (two nights at Lemala's Camp). Both the itinerary and the accommodations were perfect for our honeymoon, very well located and with the perfect combination between comfort and Safari-vibe.

Given the time of the year, we had very green sceneries, and were able to experience the Great Migration first-hand in the southern Serengeti area, around Ndutu. We were lucky with the rain as well, as the road was mostly in good conditions and there were no areas without access.

In terms of wildlife, every location had something else and special to offer and we never stopped being amazed by it. Tarangire with the elephants and the Baobab trees, Ndutu with the migration, Serengeti with everything (tons of lions, elephants, giraffes, hippos, buffaloes...) and Ngorongoro with the rhinos. We highly recommend such an itinerary as it shows you different landscapes and is efficient in terms of transportation.

As for the tour operator, eTrip, everything was super well organized, we had no issues with the accommodations, our guide Victor was very nice and had an amazing eye to find animals very well hidden, they provided water every day, the binoculars were very useful... Also they showed to be very transparent with the rates, and very flexible to change the itinerary to our preferences, as well as going further ahead by recommending better accommodations for better rates they were able to get.

We're looking forward to plan our next safari.

About: Tanzania
Magical!
Overall rating
5/5

My friend and I have recently come home from an amazing holiday organised by Sylwia from Hello Tanzania! We booked pretty last minute and changed our dates at least once but nothing was too much trouble to organise. Sylwia organised the whole holiday, she suggested an itinerary and we went with it (not really knowing ourselves what to do) and we were so pleased to have followed her suggestions of what to do and when to do it to make the most out of our time. She also gave us options to arrive earlier and stay later (but we didn’t have time) but it was great to know it was an option and we would have had support while we were there.

We booked our own flights to and from Tanzania but all our transfers to and from hotels and airports and the flight from Zanzibar to the mainland were arranged perfectly and ran smoothly, all our drivers turned up at the right time, knew where we were going and got us there safely (and were very friendly).

We arrived in Zanzibar and had a few days there at the Coconut Tree Resort, we had one day of terrific trips booked in advance and were given the information to book more once we decided exactly what we wanted to do. The spice tour, prison island tour and stone town tours arranged for us by Hello Tanzania were a real must! And the Cheetah’s Rock and Blue Safari Tours we did were also excellent. Of course a day at the hotel lounging by the pool and catching the sun was also extremely welcome.

We flew to the mainland for Safari and had the most amazing experience seeing so so many animals, from thousands of zebras to lions in trees and elephants crossing the road! We went to a different place each day in the hopes of seeing as many animals as possible, it was epic! Again everything organised by Sylwia ran smoothly, all the glamping, the hotels, safaris and transfers! For our last night we were driven to a cultural experience to meet Masai people and then past Kilimanjaro to stay in a rather swanky place with a great pool, wonderful food and the most relaxing massages.

Sylwia also made herself readily available by email (even on New Years Eve and New Years Day) so we could ask her questions or for confirmation and her replies were always prompt. I am gluten free and dairy free which is a worry when travelling but everywhere we went had been informed in advance and there was always plenty on offer for me to eat.

I could not recommend Hello Tanzania highly enough and if I were to go back I would certainly be booking with them again!
