Review about Blyde River Canyon Nature Reserve by Emily
This is a beautiful overlook of the 3rd largest Canyon in the world. I could do without all of the street vendors, though.

Excellent safari with a wonderful guide, saw wildlife up close!
We visited Tarangire - 1 day, Ngorongoro crater 1 day, central Serengeti 2 days, Northern Serengeti 2 days. We liked Tarangire park the best with its many elephant herds, prides of lions, wildebeest and zebra herds. Serengeti was amazing and we saw herds of wild buffaloes, a leopard, a cheetah, herds of wildebeest migration, in addition to the wonderful scenery especially in Northern Serengeti.
We were happy with our tented camps and food provided.
Our guide Iddy with Takims Holidays was excellent. We managed to see cheetah as well as a leopard which are hard to spot. He knew exactly where the animals would move if there were many jeeps and hence were able to get very close to the wildlife.
We would notice other jeeps following us wherever we went since our driver had a good reputation.
Our son got very sick with severe diarrhea when we left Ngorongoro. He knew about the resident doctor at Four Seasons in Central Serengeti and she was able to stabilize his condition so we could complete the safari. The staff at the Central Serengeti tented camp didn't know about this facility.
Absolutely recommend Tanzania safari, as well as our tour operator, Takims Holidays and mainly our guide Iddy

The safari was an adventure for live!
Kenya was an experience for live. The wildlife and nature are amazing. We enjoyed the knowledge of a very nice guide. Our family of five enjoyed very much a four weel drive car with an excellent and calm driver just for over comfort, that also made the program flexible. Over all a Journey I would recomend.

It is awesome.
The safari itself was really great but the road on the way there was very bumpy.
For the driver, overall he is very nice and friendly. He worked so hard in the Safari to find the way for us to see the animals that we wanted. However, one thing that he can make it better is to be ready and be on time once agreed. There were several times that Isaac was a little late and we have to wait for him.
Suggestion: If we agree to leave the hotel at 7 AM the driver should be at the car by 6:55 AM to wait for the customers.
For the food, it was great in every hotels but the service in Carnival restaurant is very bad. We sat on table number 20, it was in the corner and it seems that the waiter did not care about us at all. We wait 15 minutes for the menu. We ordered extra drinks and they forgot to give it to us. Furthermore, we asked for bill and have to wait more than 15 minutes. The food was great but the service was poor on that day. It was the only place that we did not give any tips in Kenya for the service.
Suggestion: You might want to reserve a table where the waiter can reach us
To be honest with you, we are very happy with this trip but those I have mentioned, you may improve it for better service in the future.

Once in a lifetime adventure - not to be missed!
We stayed at Tremisana Lodge the first night and it was very comfortable. The bushwalk was very informative and we got to experience smoking elephant dung :) That was my nieces favorite part! The bar / concessions needed more staff. It was hardly ever open so you couldn't even get waters. The dinner was excellent the first night and we even had some wildlife visitors - hyena, honey badgers, and a porcupine.
The second two nights we stayed at Marc's Treehouse. The treehouses were unique and comfortable but chilly. The food was good and the bar was open daily. The breakfast overlooking the river was outstanding - nice view of wildlife and outdoor setting. Keep an eye on your biscuit or the monkeys may steal them.
Kruger park was pretty good but many of the animals were at a distance so make sure to bring binoculars. Also the ride to Kruger in the open vehicle was very chilly so dress very warm and bring extra blankets. The restaurant at Kruger Park was the only lowlight. The food was below average and the service was terrible. My son did not get his food in the time we had to stop for food so he had to get it to go and try to eat while we were bouncing around in the vehicle.
The staff was friendly.

Joseph Took Care of Everything
Booking with African Coast Tours was an easy process; just done over emails (since I'm in the U.S.). Wire transferring payment was as simple as going to my bank's website. Once we chose the activities we wanted to do (from the LARGE list of amazing options on the website), Joseph arranged everything. We told him the days we'd be in Livingstone, and he picked us up from the airport, took us to our lodging, and then had every day mapped out perfectly. He's a really good guy as well, and we enjoyed his company! The van we rode in was air conditioned, and he was always punctual with pick ups. It was also INVALUABLE to have him help us at the multiple border crossings (Zimbabwe, Botswana, back to Zambia). If I'm ever back in Africa, I will absolutely use African Coast Travel again!

Perfectly organised with excellent communication and support!
We are family of 11, aged between 3.5yrs to 72yrs from two different countries. Our trip involved three countries, 5 different flights at 5 different places. Skywide perfectly managed to book all the local and international flights, pick-ups and drop-offs, hotels, tours, meals and online check-ins until we safely come back. As it is a family dream holiday our expectation was high. Being a big group of family, our priority was to find a tour operator with details and good organisation expertise. Skywide was the perfect choice from the beginning - accurate, speedy, pleasant but polite, reassuring, eyes for details to accommodate my family with high expectation (my family travel a lot, so they know what they want!). Skywide was always quick in responding, with different means of communication, any of my requests regardless of how big or small the issue was. They never just guessed their responses but found the right source to clarify any questions. We went through all the details through emails many times and made sure that we understand what's involved with the programme - everything matched as promised. No hidden things that cause any extra expenses and provided all the support that we requested through out the trip.
We loved both of our safari trip in Amboseli and Tsavo with knowledgable tour&driver guide. The beach holiday followed was perfect to relax after the busy safari tours. We liked their programme as it has both safari and beach holiday. The hotels they put us in were excellent and comfortable.
Most of all, there was not even a single mistake moving us around and everything went perfectly as planned! I even checked the hotels and flights all by myself and I felt that the total cost was honest too.
I have already recommended Skywide to my expats friends who are looking into tour operators for their own holidays and shared my totally fabulous experience. I feel so lucky that I found them!
