Excellent
5/5

We chose See Safari Adventure as our Tanzanian guide during our extensive journey through Eastern and Southern Africa. Our guide, Queen, was truly exceptional, possessing extensive knowledge about animals and displaying a friendly demeanor. The entire experience unfolded seamlessly according to the plan, as is expected on a safari. Witnessing the big five was incredibly thrilling. Thank you, See Safari Adventure, for providing us with the most wonderful trip ever.

Patient, accommodating and dedicated.
5/5

This was our first time visiting Kenya and taking a safari, so we had no idea where to start looking. We saw some great reviews of Balu Travel online so we got in contact with Morris, who was very nice and responsive, and catered to our many questions instantly. Everything from start to finish was impeccable. The van we used for the safari was spotless every single day. The pick up was always on time, the driving was very safe and fun, to the organization and hotel bookings, literally everything.

We cannot praise our guide Derrick enough for the views he managed to show us on our game drives. He was very patient with us and gave us ample time to take great pictures up close with the wildlife. He was very knowledgeable of the Maasai Mara and the vast wildlife that was present. For the duration of the Safari he was always available to us and attended to all of our needs. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Super Egagle Company in Kenya falls short of providing a satisfactory and reliable tour experience,
1/5

👎🏼 I strongly advise against booking with Super Eagle company in Kenya. My recent five-day tour experience with them left me incredibly disappointed with their service and overall performance.

Not only were their prices exorbitantly high compared to other tour operators, but I found out that fellow passengers paid just $50 more for a longer midrange tour, while I was stuck on a budget tour for almost the same cost!

The accommodation provided for the first two nights at the camp was absolutely atrocious - it was a terrible experience.

To make matters worse, on the fourth day, I was left stranded at the hotel with minimal information provided. Activities that I had paid for didn't align with the promised itinerary, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. And on the 5th day, they didn't follow the itinerary either, and I had to wait at transfer center for over 4 hrs!

The tour driver, Maxwell, added to my discomfort by being unhelpful and pressuring me for excessive tips throughout the trip. It created a very unpleasant atmosphere.

In summary, I wholeheartedly discourage anyone from considering this tour company. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options for a more enjoyable and seamless experience elsewhere.

The two guides, alen and jeff, are very professional guides and took us to see many animals.
5/5

We visited two countries, Tanzania and Kenya, in 13 days. In February, animal migration took place in Tanzania. We saw a very spectacular migration scene and collected the big five.
The scenery of watching elephants and snow-capped mountains in Amboseli, Kenya, is equally unforgettable. The economy here is more developed and the network signal is relatively better.
In addition, if you are going to the same two countries, it is recommended to buy souvenirs in Tanzania. Because the economy is relatively underdeveloped, the items are more handmade, very exquisite, and the prices are more consistent.

We had a short time to do a 4 days/3 nights Safari and wanted to visit Serengeti , RO scavenger suggested a different Itinerary due to the time of year and season so that we can see more animals , watch the calving season and the start of migration , which worked perfectly well : one night in Ndutu , one night in central Serengeti and one night in Ngorongoro in the crater . Excellent organization , perfect choice of lodges in the three destination . Very friendly guide and eager to please his guests in short we spend a wonderful 4 days Safari

Very professional and caring
5/5

Our family safari to Masai Mara with Royal Star Expeditions exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we contacted the tour operator, Winnie Mbesa, via email and WhatsApp text messages, we experienced prompt and efficient communication. Winnie was always available to answer our questions and made the booking process a breeze.

One aspect that stood out during our trip was the seamless coordination. Royal Star Expeditions took care of booking local flights for our family from Mombasa to Nairobi and arranged road transport from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Everything was well-organized, and we were impressed by how smoothly the logistics were handled.

Our driver guide, Musyoka, was another highlight of our safari experience. He was not only professional and friendly but also had extensive knowledge about the animals and the reserve. Musyoka's expertise allowed us to learn so much about the wildlife and their habitats, making the safari even more enriching. His passion for conservation and respect for the animals was evident throughout the trip.

One of the main highlights of our safari was witnessing the breathtaking wildebeest migration at the Mara River. Musyoka skillfully navigated through the reserve, ensuring that we had the best vantage points to witness this incredible natural spectacle. The sight of thousands of wildebeests crossing the river will forever be etched in our memories.

Additionally, we were extremely satisfied with our accommodation at Sopa Lodge Mara. The lodge provided a comfortable and luxurious stay for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, our family safari with Royal Star Expeditions was an unforgettable experience. The prompt communication, smooth coordination, knowledgeable guide, and amazing wildlife sightings made it a trip of a lifetime. We highly recommend Royal Star Expeditions to anyone planning a safari in Masai Mara.

To discover wild animals in their country
5/5

We lived an unforgettable adventure, to see wild animals near us and to take photographs easily because the guide was heedful .
The accomodations were comfortable and to sleep in a tent and to be able to listen lions and other animals during the night, was a experience once in a lifetime.
The staff in the camps was very helpful and kind.
