Very good communication before the trip. Our guide Saleh was really a very nice guy, very responsive to any requests from us. He was very dedicated to making sure that we are taken care of. He also shared lots of information along the way.

My husband and I did a Safari this past summe.
It was very difficult to choose one safari company because there are so many, we are very lucky to have chosen Savanna Explorers Ltd. they are incredible, made ours days unforgettable.
We had a marvellous time in the country. We did a 7 days tour in Northern Tanzania, with an amazing guide called Abia, who went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and see what we wanted to see. The logistics were perfect. We had precious days. Tanzania people are warm and hospitable and we definitely want to return. Thank you Savanna Explorers for the great work.

Three days safari with Suricata
5/5

The safari tour was well organised. All we agreed via WhatsApp with Hilary. He pickup us at the airport and drove us to the Jevas hotel, where we stayed the first night. The hotel was fine. Our guide was on time to pick up us in the early morning in the hotel. Then we passed pretty long way to Serengeti. However the roads are bumpy, it was not so bad, as the Jeep was comfortable and spacious. On our way we saw a lot of animals. Starting monkeys in the first camp, then all the other Serengeti animals, like giraffes, zebras, gazelles, big elephant, lions ... most of animals were in the Ngorongoro crater. It was great to see how they live all together in relative piece in such nice place. Our driver and guide was very knowledgeable about animals, nature and told us a lot of nice stories about the life there. He was taking really good care of us; like we were his children :) The nights in camps were very exciting; sleeping in tents with animals around; we met elephant, buffalo, zebra, hearing the hyenas and other animals in the night camp. In the camps were buildings with toilets and showers with warm water, simple kitchen and also building for serving meals. We really enjoyed our 3 days in wild Africa. The only bad impression was that there is already too many cars, that disturb animals in their daily life.

Wonderful and memorable
5/5

From the booking through to the safari it was a wonderful experience, our guide/driver Fredrick was funny, knowledgeable and a careful driver.

Could not fault or have any complaints about our 4 night 5 day safari, we opted for a balloon ride which was just magical,

If you want to experience the a real safari book with Orongai and ask for Fredrick.

Handled very well under unfortunate circumstances
5/5

In September 2018, we booked and paid for a safari with Kenya Walking Survivors. Throughout the booking process, they were very helpful and friendly and provided us with great assistance. We were kindly surprised by their responsiveness and assistance both before and after we had paid.

In the end of September, the company contacted us with the unfortunate news that the owner, Mr. Otieno, had been involved in an accident, and had to temporarily stop working for health reasons. As a result, the business would have to be temporarily closed and our tour would be cancelled. Kenya Walking Survivors Safari, however, was very apologetic, friendly and helpful in providing us a full refund, which we received within 2 weeks.

We wish Mr. Otieno and the company all the best and thank them for their support throughout this unfortunate situation.

Tafika are very knowledgeable and chose excellent campsites/locations in both Zambia and Zimbabwe.
5/5

Tafika were very responsive to our emails and WhatsApp messages. They have representatives to help in all locations around Zambia, especially helpful at the border crossings, they were there to guide us through the processes. They advised us on activities available at some of the camps and arranged a few for us. They picked some excellent campsites and locations and requested some of the best spots on the campsites for us. We had the most brilliant time and will certainly contact Tafika again when we plan another adventure. Special thanks to Paul, Phil Zulu and the team. Steve and Julie Reed UK.

Amazing 4 day family trip
We did a 4 day trip with our family with Tanzania Travel & Safari. Because we have 2 little kids Elemes made a special program for us. We didn't have to sit in the car all day, there was enough time to relax and swim. We went to Lake Eyasi and the Hadzabe tribe which was very impressive. Also we did a walking tour in mto wa mbu and we spend a day in Tarangire where we saw so many elephants. All in all we had a great time! We definitely recommend this tour company.

Exactly what we requested and exceeded our expectations!
5/5

Working with Ute at RYC was a pleasure from the start. Of all the companies I contacted she was the only one to take the time for a phone call and listened to everything I had to say. Clearly she heard me and was able to understand the nuances of what we wanted and offered us a trip plan that matched our needs. Not only was the preparation easy and fun but the resulting trip was everything we could has asked for and more! We stayed in 4 camps over a 12 days period. All transport and activities were taken care of with options to tweak on site. The camps and their staff were not only hospitable and a delight to be with but knowledgable and generous with all kinds of information regarding nature, Bostwana and the Bastwana people. It was a true cultural experience.
I have already passed on RYC's information to inquiring friends and hope that they too will have the 100% positive experience we did with this superior outfit.
