Enjoyable vacation
I went with my Family to hiking/ trekking trip with Lakeside tours. we had a trekking to Rwenzori mountain , cycling on the crater lake, game drives, lake tours , Chimps and Gorilla trekking. We enjoyed the trip , they accommodated our changes to the original plan, our guide Bonny was so so helpful and supportive. he managed all the changes we asked for during the whole trip - change in accomodation, change in trip starting time to suite us after long Journeys, changes in lunches and dinners - even during the trip itself he would bring all needed water , fruits and juices.
the bad side were the Car which was very slow and aircon was not working , due to this fact - as well as the bad roads conditions- we spend longer time travelling from place to place . The choices of hotels were not the best , we had to change the hotels twice , last one we refused to get in the hotel, and we had to search for alternative at midnight. at the end they provided us with the accomodation we asked for.
A two day trip to mountain Elgon National park

Based on the very positive trip advisor reviews we booked a 2 day trip to mount ELGON national park and used them to arrange our car transport and accommodation.
I found the service and response of this travel agency to be excellent. Easily 5 stars. My emails were promptly responded to and everyone showed up when they were supposed to.
The trip was very good, our tour guide and driver were friendly. We had a good time driving through the hills. Experienced the Sipi falls, flora and fauna,the people and cultures, all these and so much more not forgetting snapping photos. I would do It again for the experience.

Amazing safari honeymoon
We chose to spend our honeymoon in Tanzania, booked with Simon at Mwema Safaris, and it was amazing.
Simon was always on hand throughout the planning and budgeting stages to help with recommendations on where to stay and what to see and do. He was able to offer various accommodation options, according to our budget, and we opted to stay mid-range rather than go to budget or 5* extremes, and we were very happy with our choices. Simon arranged all our transfers, accommodation, meals, park entries and we had an internal flight.
We opted to do a 4-day private safari and visited Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and Lake Manyara (we are sociable people, but would totally recommend a private safari so you don't have any other group members to worry about!).
Our guide was aptly named Goodluck, and he was very friendly and knowledgable about the areas we were visiting and the animals - he was definitely our good luck mascot, as we were lucky enough to see 4 out of the Big 5 (no leopards in sight, but we did see tree-climbing lions, which was pretty awesome!).
We would definitely recommend Mwema Safaris and hope to be able to return and book with them again.

The whole trip surpassed our expectations, with a wonderful guide.
Everything about the tour was brilliant. It wasn't comfortable at times - bumpy roads, accommodation with no electricity for 21 hours a day - but that was all part of the experience. And our guide, Saloum, was amazing - so helpful and flexible. He found us every animal we could ever have hoped to see in the parks, including a leopard and tree lions. All three places we visited - Selous, Udzungwa and Mikumi, were fantastic, and so free of other tourists. I highly recommend this tour, given that it was much better value than others we found.

Amazing safari experience with Rhino explorer tours and safaris
1) The communication with tour guide via email and whatsapp was excellent
2) The driver and chef were very friendly. The driver/ guide was very punctual and helpful.
3) We spotted a lot of animals in Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our safari was very interesting.
4) The stay at Venice hotel was very good. It is a comfortable hotel with good food for breakfast and dinner. Some of the staff at Venice hotel reception were very unfriendly. We were quite shocked to see them working in the service sector ( reception) but this could be the culture at Tanzania and their reaction towards foreigners. The restaurant staff at the hotel were however very friendly.
5) the 6 seater Toyota Land-cruiser was very comfortable for our safari, with adequate space for our luggage
6) Special mention to Chef who made sure we had healthy vegetarian food. Chef always served the food hot and fresh. The soup and pop-korn he served were very tasty
7) Sleeping bags were provided by the safari organizer
8) Overall a very good safari. I would highly recommend this trip for everyone.

Very knowledgeable, kind, accommodating and friendly guide
Felix is a wonderful host and it is thanks to him that our trip to Tanzania was so memorable. I was traveling for the first time to Africa and with my 7 yr old kid.
He picked us from the airport, took care of all our needs, from helping us pick basic medicines, groceries etc. We were comfortable in his stay and the safari was fantastic. We got a chance to see animals in such close proximity. We even saw a hunt and were thrilled with the knowledge and experience he has on animals.
We saw Tarangire National Park, Mosquito River city, Ngorongoro Crater, Serengati National Park, Ngorongoro national park, Masaai village among other wonderful places and did many game drives.
Even after the safari was over, we still had one additional day in Arusha. Kind Felix, took us to his village (a 4 hour drive away from Arusha) so we can see MT Kilimanjaro peak better. His family is super kind, warm and helpful.

Amazing Masai Mara trip. You have to be there!
I liked the work of this company. We left airport and manager took us to the office, Meneh met us, we paid money and went to the Masai Mara park. Our camp was great, it was comfortable and close to the park. We saw the big 5, special thanks to our guide Richard, he is very professional, he tried to do our trip unforgettable! I will recommend this company to my friends! Olya and Denis from Russia.
