Just fantastic experience
5/5

It was wonderful 2 days trip. We saw Big African Five and a lot of other animals and birds. The lodge and all food during our trip was very good. Nickson and team did organised the trip from Zanzibar to Tanzania and back very well.A lot of tanks to our driver and guide Mikey. We would highly recommend Mujuni adventures.

Great
5/5

The 6 day safari was amazing and our driver was very friendly! He knows all the good spots for photographs and as an amateur photographer I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of this safari.
The accomodation was good and didn't encounter any problem during our stay.
I would highly recommend jocky tours for anyone planning a safari to Kenya.

I was talking via email with Eric and Minneh, they were so kind and helpfull with the whole trip!
5/5

Well the whole experience was absolutely amazing! From the operation through our amazing cheerful driver Johny Jackson!
I was talking with Eric and Minneh for about a week and they explained to me eveything about the safari experience!
They also help me about the money, the tour that we would make and also the hotels that we would stay. Because it was our first trip to Kenya i questioned them a lot about the whole experience because I was worried and they answered to me emmediately. This trip was value for money. The first hotel was in Masai Mara inside the woods, very kind and happy people! The tents that we were staying was good but the bathroom was a little bit old. I guess that was the offer for the money. The second hotel was in Nakuru, inside the city, also very friendly environment there. The accomodations were very good, also the food was good!
last but not least the accomodation in Amboseli in Mamgaro was absolutely amazing! The tents were great with a spectacular view of the Killimantzaro. Also there were clean and the people there were very friendly and happy.
Now let me tell you about the star of the safari! Johny Jackson, was an amazing driver, guide and a very happy guy! The moment we met him we realized that this trip would be an awsome trip!
He took us to Masai Mara, he explained to us all about the safari and the animals, he stoped in every spot in order to take pics, he was always happy and cheerfull and full of jokes! One day we woke up very early in the morning in order to catch the sun and he took us in a very beautiful hill. We relaxed and took so many amazing pictures! Then he tooks us to Lake Naivasa and after that to Lake Nakuru, he knows all the spots for the animals. He was trying to find all the animals in order to make us happy! Long story short in was an amazing experience and I would recommended to everybody!

Worst Safari ever
1/5

Ive done over 15 safaris in my life, been to Namibia, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Tanzania. This one here, in Kenya, is by far the worst Ive ever experienced!!! Its all about, squeezing out every single dollar of you and delivering the worst customer service ever. Here's my main points why i cannot recommend anyone to book with this company:

- Safety is not guaranteed

* No functional radio during the whole six day trip (see picture below), meaning not able to contact anyone in case of emergency.

* Safari vehicle in a very bad condition (we got stuck once and had to push the car out and that, is in middle of the national park, surrounded by wild animals).

* One screw of the wheel suspension broke during our game drive, so we lost two hours of game drive while waiting until the car is fixed (see picture), not even a glass of water was offered by the company while waiting.

- Not sticking to itinerary

* Left earlier than promised certain parks, to the extent that we missed to spot the leopard. Considering that we had to rush all the time and having problems with the car, i would have at least expected, to give us half an hour longer while seeing something great.

-brought us to different accommodation than planned (cheaper places)

* Changed the itinerary without giving any options

* Skipped certain destinations like Baboon hill and the Rhino sanctuary without giving any reason, was told is nothing special abt it.

* Food and beverages

We got basically every day the same, the lunch packages were just horrible. One juice, a chicken leg, a rotten banana and a sandwich with one slice of cucumber and tomato (see picture below)

- only 1 liter of water per day per person, even during a 8hours game drive and over 30 degrees

Communication:

According to my itinerary, I was supposed to stay one night in Naivasha. After leaving Lake Nakuru, I was told i had to go  to Amboseli first and come back afterwards. Obviously, i did not agree on that, because it would mean, having 5hours more driving instead of leisure time. I simply asked to refund me the money but instead of giving me back a 130 $, I only got back 50$. On top of that I was told, I refused to do it. I don't know... but having the audacity to blame me for refusing to finish the trip is just crazy. The company was not able to stick to the plan. First, the manager Steve refused to talk to me and then it took them 3 days to tell me how much the refund is. And not once I've been told a sorry from Steve. Even worse he tried to twist the story and that everything is my fault. Honestly that's just bottom of the barrel excuse.

Conclusion:
On this trip, almost nothing went according to the plan and still the company insists, that they didn't do anything wrong. I dont see any point why anyone should book with this company. The only highlight was Joseph the driver, he did what he could do but he had a lot of pressure from his Manager Steve. We were rushed the whole trip and had to leave several times earlier than according to the itinerary. I just hope this review helps people,  not to do the same mistake as me, to book a nightmare trip with them.

Simply perfect
5/5

I had an amazing experience with Moroka experience, they organized 2 days in the volcanos national park in Rwanda to see the gorillas the first day and the golden monkeys the second. Then another 2 days in akagera National park also on Rwanda. Both felt like a dream, those places are just incredibly wonderful, my guides were absolutely amazing lovely people with great knowledge of the places and animals we were seeing, they took great care of me and I can’t thank them enough! As a solo femme traveler, I can definitely recommend. The lodges and hotels were great, absolutely zero complaints. Thank you for these unforgettable moments 💖

Amazing
5/5

Excellent experience for six day safari in Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli. Our guide was excellent, answering any question we asked him and taking us to the best spots in the parks. The stay was good.

The driver was way above our expectations. Very experienced in safari and with photographic perception
5/5

Overall I have no complaints. First, we were picked up from the airport and even though our plane was delayed, the man who drove us to the office was very positive and pleasant. The people at the desk were helpful as well.
The tour guide we had on all days was, I believe, one of the most experienced there is, as he knew the parks very well and where to find the rarest animals, he explained everything to us with gusto, he had a photographic sense, very pleasant and friendly. The car had free wifi and power plugs.
From the first day on safari we achieved very impressive images. The guide knew exactly where to find the animals and we were able to easily see lions, cheetahs, giraffes and all the other animals of the Masai Mara park up close. The stay at the Masai Mara camp was very good. After two days there, we also had a perfect experience at Nakuru Park. Our guide could find the rhinos from far away and we could reach them first thing in the morning. Staying in Nakuru was very good in a hotel in town. The next few days in amboseli park were equally enjoyable, staying at the beautiful Manjaro camp with a perfect view of Kilimanjaro from our room, with elephants and giraffes right outside the camp and delicious food. In amboseli park we saw over 200 elephants among all others.

Great experience. Okuli was a great guide. Safe informative and a great spotter. Thumbs up.
5/5

A great value. The hotel choices fit perfectly with the tour. Okuli was a great guide. All the animals were as promised. We had a lioness walk right under our vehicle in the crater. Okuli was able to find lions mating, elephants with babies, a rhino, lots of hippos
a pride of lions and so many giraffes, monkeys, baboons, zebras, water buffaloes, and warthogs. I loved it. A dream come true.

An amazing experience
5/5

The safari experience with this company is a safe, fun and complete choice. Perfect communication before completing the booking but also during the safari. The jeep is excellent, it has power outlets in every seat and wi-fi. It is cleaned daily after the end of the day. The hotels are all in excellent locations, all their employees are helpful and really friendly. On a safari, the most important thing is to have a guide who will make you feel familiar and comfortable with him, but also with the undoubtedly unprecedented environment in which you find yourself. John was our guide and he made the experience soar. We felt that he is a member of our company. Experienced guide, with photographic perception something which is very important. Respects all the rules of driving behavior that apply in the parks.
