Good communications and put together a fantastic itinerary
Giltedge proposed an itinerary and managed to tailor it to our needs. The pick up went to plan and then every transfer from camp to camp were handled seamlessly with no lost time . The safari tour was excellent and all aspects handled in a professional way. Very happy with the service from Giltedge.

Tour of Masai Mara reserve exceeded our expectations.
Communications were good throughout. Transport arrived at our hotel as scheduled. We joined 2 others making a group of 4 which was perfect for our van leaving a little bit of rattle room - these vans are amazingly robust and can glide over most terrain. The guide, James, was very good throughout and all arrangements and timings worked out well. Our hotel at the Masai Mara (comfort level) was excellent. The safari was first class and exceeded our expectations. Our driver got us to the right place at the right time and nothing was too much trouble. We saw just about everything the Masai Mara has to offer - there seemed to be a special on fresh zebra and wildebeest because we saw numerous groups of cheetas and lions gorging themselves over the 2 days were were in the reserve. We also spotted a leopard sleeping in a tree! Overall an excellent tour and we have superb photographs to remind us of our safari

Benson is the best!!!
Benson was fabulous and went out of his way to make our Safari everything we could want.
At our request he interviewed and hired Erasto Martin as our Safari guide, and we saw many, many animals- cheetahs and cubs, lions sleeping, walking, mating, hunting, and Cubs. We witnessed the wildebeest crossing, saw elephant troops, saw a female in estrus, babies, elephants bathing and eating. We saw baboons and babies, vervet monkeys and babies, blue monkeys and colobus monkeys. We saw giraffes, zebras, hippos, and many many birds.
Our accommodations were great. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot with plenty of water, but what made them all so memorable were the friendly staff!!!
Benson met with us near the beginning and at the end of the Safari, and made additional arrangements for us when we wanted more.

It was a wonderful experience in Kenya with Karibu Safari.
Communication were great , service also ( food , infos , accomodations..).
Also the visited areas and time spended there was perfect. Driving around with our guide aroni was always really nice and secure. Thanks for this organisation.

Perfect trip, all was super!
Communication was super, service was always perfect and our questions and askings were always good solved, the doorms were okay, the safari tour itself and our driver aroni were the best you can get in the world! I would book direct again and recommend this to everybody.
Best Tanzania experience
Robert organised for three of us for 4 days safari to serengeti ngorongoro and tarangire,Everthing was well arranged, he come to pick us from the airport to the hotel and provided us with professional breafing about the tour, Next morning before departure he was earlier to meet us at the hotel before the driver arrived.
Safari itself was amazing where we saw a lots of animal. The guide was so patient to gave us time to views animal.The cook and meal were perfectly. I recommend this company for an amazing tanzania safari.

Outstanding service!
I had the most amazing 3-day trip to Maasai Mara with Javiva Adventures. I was in contact with Janet throughout the planning of the trip and until return. She was very kind and flexible when I had to reschedule my trip and always responded quickly to my emails. Our driver was outstanding and had the answer to all of our questions and made sure we got to see the big five. The accommation was great and the food was tasty. My experiences with this tour operator was very positive at each step of the tour.
My expectations have been exceeded. It started with helpful and speedy correspondence before the tour and only got better after that. Our guide Arony was absolutely fantastic. He is very knowledgeable of the area and always ensured that we had the best experience possible. He consistently positioned us to allow us to see the animals from a fantastic vantage point and was so patient with us as we were being awed by the animals. There were long days of driving and he always answered us with a smile. It was a great trip.

Great Safari with easy communication
Me and my girlfriend booked a 3-day Massai-Mara private safari. This was our first trip to east Africa and also our first safari.
The pre-booking communication with Noah was easy-going and hassle free. Our Driver picked us up in Nairobi and after three days dropped us off at Nakuru.
Our Driver and Guide Joseph was great and had an excellent experience in spotting animals that were well hidden. The park was huge and beautiful. Our Lodge was located on a small mountain right outside the park. The Lodge was incredible. The staff was extremeley nice, the surrounding jungle gave the place an unique feel and the view over the mara was breathtaking.
The ride in our Land Cruiser was enjoyable, in spite of the kenyan roads.
We were lucky to see four out of the "big five" as well as numerous other animals. Only the Rhino didnt show himself in the Mara (we did see Rhinos later in Nakuru).
I can highly recommend this tour operator. Ask for Joseph!
