An amazing experience!
Thale was great staying in touch and coordinating all aspects of our tour. We thought we knew what to expect but the entire trip exceeded our expectations.
The transfers from/to Johannesburg worked great and gave us an opportunity to see a bit more of South Africa.
Upon arriving at Hazy View Eric quickly greeted us and we were off to explore. Quickly realizing we were not on a drive through zoo experience of just pointing out different animals. Eric would stop and allow us to observe the animal’s behavior. The buffalo herd moving across the riverbed, giraffes continually coming from the trees, hyena crunching bones while chasing off the young, lions waking as sun was rising, elephant bathing at the end of the day, rhinoceros quietly grazing, leopard relaxing in the tree, warthogs scurrying through the grass, moments forever etched in our memory. Seeing the Big 5 twice in a day was so much more than we could have ever asked for but seeing so many different species was extraordinary!
Eric is a remarkable guide, so knowledgeable about the wildlife, Park and culture but also a fantastic chef. The meals were plentiful and delicious, a great way to relax and recall all the magical moments of the day.
Staying in the rest camps was a huge bonus! It was extremely comfortable and clean all while staying in the surroundings during the entire safari.
After the excitement of the safari, the final day we enjoyed the panoramic route through Blyde River Canyon. The beautiful scenery was a relaxing way to wind down and see more of the beautiful country of South Africa.
We were a bit concerned about going in February, reading that it would be more difficult to see the animals as the grass is longer and the animals did not necessarily need to go to the watering holes. This was not an issue at all. The wildlife was plentiful, the weather was gorgeous, and the views were amazing.

Great experience
We had a wonderful experience on our 3 day safari! The lodge was beautiful with amazing views and the staff was very friendly. The food was great. We had 4 rides (2 mornings and 2 Afternoons) that were 3 hours long! We saw so many magnificent animals up close and it was very exciting. Our guide was so knowledgeable about them and their habitats. Opportunity to learn about conservation efforts.

We were very impressed by the beautifully located hotel with seaview, the decoration of the rooms, the friendly and competent service (front office, restaurant incl. service and housekeeping). In particular, the personal and professional approach was highly appreciated by us. In addition, it was nice to really make contact with the Massai front- manager in such a relaxed setting. Our safari trip, over a week, was overwhelming. The very competent guide gets a lot of compliments. The luxury glamping camps were good; especially the bush camp South Serengeti stood out because of the enthousiastic group of safari staff that we were allowed to meet there.

Amazing vacation
Fantastic safari experience with Bison Safaris. Our family group of 6 people spent 7 days on safari visiting 4 national parks and the trip was extraordinary. In advance, Maggie was super in helping us arrange all the details and answering all our questions. The variety of accommodations and national parks was well thought out and our guide, James was experienced and knowledgeable. We saw an incredible variety of wildlife (including lions and cheetahs). Everywhere we stayed was comfortable and the food was excellent. The all inclusive experience made it easy for us to sit back and enjoy each other's company and all the amazing scenery and wildlife.

Amazing
The best 10 days safari i ever did.
All was perfect organized also the Sundowner and Bush Dinner.
James Mungai was a very good driver and an amazing guide with high quality knowledge about the animals.
If i want do kenya safari again i book Meektrails and if possible James Mungai as driver n guide.
