Great communication, amazing tour guide, very competitive price, amazing safari
I found Serengeti Clarity through "Safaris by Ella". I emailed and whatsapped Frank and he was very responsive and easy to communicate with, arranging a phone call to find out our needs. He created a tailored safari based on exactly what we wanted whilst also giving his recommendations. Prices were the best I found after getting quotes from a few Tanzanian companies and some international companies.
Greeted by Frank and our tour guide off the plane in Arusha. Very friendly and welcoming staff, quick and easy to make final payment, introduction and we were off towards Serengeti!
Our guide Kelvin was incredible. He was so kind, generous and went the extra mile every day to make sure we had a good time. He was very knowledgable about flora and fauna and seemed to know every other guide in Serengeti and seemed to be a popular man which we could understand why!
Lunches were amazing and worth paying for luxury in my opinion as our lunches looked a LOT better than other safari groups.
We did 5 days.
Day 1 - Central Serengeti - long drive from Arusha but an amazing evening watching the sun go down with some wine on the savanna
Day 1 accommodation - Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge - 10/10 - great food, amazing staff, amazing location, stunning hotel.
Day 2 - North Serengeti - drive north for a few hours then observing the great migration. tried to watch a river crossing but too many predators (crocs and leopard) prevented the wildebeest crossing.
Day 2 accommodation - Baobab luxury camp Mara River - amazing luxury camping, awesome experience in the middle of nowhere, great food.
Day 3 - Central Serengeti - managed to observe Wildebeest river crossing before driving back for a game drive in central Serengeti and an early finish for some R&R.
Day 3 accommodation - Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge - 10/10 - great food, amazing staff, amazing location, stunning hotel.
Day 4 - Drive to Ngorongoro crater. Amazing day and Kelvin went the extra mile to give us the best experience possible seeing Rhino close up with the lead Crater Ranger after helping out some other tourists who had crashed and were injured.
Day 4 accommodation - Lake Manyara Serena Lodge - Was great, very similar to Serengeti Serena but not as good food but still no complaints at all. Beautiful pool.
Day 5 - Lake Manyara Safari - this was great, had some amazing close ups with Elephant. Then drove to Arusha and stayed in Gran Melia hotel which was STUNNING and great food.
If I were to do the safari again, I would have done days 1, 2, 3 the same. Maybe would have stayed in Ngorongoro crater Serena Lodge after day 4 safari then the next morning finished/driven to Arusha to have an extra day in Zanzibar on the beach or whatever else you want to do. Lake Manyara was a good Elephant experience but otherwise we didn't have any other new experience.
We saw the big 5 and had amazing encounters with all of them which was amazing.
First 2 days we got back quite late to the hotels and felt like we couldn't enjoy the luxury accommodation we had paid for but the last few days Kelvin made sure we had more evening to relax.
In summary, I would highly recommend Serengeti Clarity but would recommend 4 days as I suggested above. Kelvin was an incredible guide and exceeded our expectations, our accommodation was great and would recommend upgrading to luxury and food was very good all week.

Reliable tour operator
We are grateful to Jorge (our tour designer) for scrupulous arrangements for our safari tour. When I've checked our email trail, I found we exchanged more than 70 emails starting from April. Jorge remained responsive, flexible and very supportive during the preparatory period.
During the 7 day tour we visited Masai Mara, Nakuru lake and Amboseli and everything went super smooth. As we were travelling with a 5yo kid, we paid attention to security and safety aspects first of all. And there were no such concerns during our journey at all. We were also lucky to have James as our guide who made our journey so exciting. He, like a magician, pulled some rare finds, literally, "out of his sleeve”. He spotted for us all big five animals and also a number of others which are rare to see. We also enjoyed watching lion and cheetah moms with cubs which was a dream of our youngest traveler. James is a very professional driver and experienced pathfinder. He also made our transfers and game drives less tiresome and more comfortable for our youngest family member.
We are very grateful to the Spirit of Kenya team for such amazing experience!

Jocky Tours made our safari trip fun, informative, and easy to navigate!
From the first day, Jocky Tours picked us up from our hotel, we met at the office to complete our trip payment and to meet our guide John. From there we went to Masai Mara which was a long journey, but John was very friendly and taught us a lot about the area and the different towns and villages we passed along the way. He made a long drive fun and informative! At the park he was an excellent driver and guide. He new exactly how to maneuver the jeep so that we got the best view every time and when other jeeps saw an animal for a few minutes they would drive off to the next location. John was more patient and we would stay behind and because of this we saw the animals up close and in person more frequently than other groups of visitors!! This allowed us to see some amazing animals in action and we saw nearly every animal aside from the rhino which are very rare here.
We then got transferred back to our Nairobi hotel and picked up the next morning by a new guide- Rodger- to go to Amboseli national park. The camp that Jocky helped us book (Kibo Safari Camp) was absolutely a hidden gem (would rate 10/10). Rodger and his intern Tribon were so nice and extremely knowledgeable about every plant, animal, and question we had to ask (we asked a lot!!!). We had a lot of fun together and also learned a lot of Swahili words and fun slang surrounding Nairobi culture. They were a pleasure to spend our days with at Amboseli and we will never forget our trips.
Thank you to John, Rodger, and Tribon(- good luck finishing your studies to become a safari guide)!!
We highly recommend to book with Jocky Tours! Asante -Brian and Kelly

Passionate and Friendly. Jeff is an awesome guide and really did great work as a guide.
The tour itself is great and includes everything one hopes for. You get to visit multiple national parks and get a chance to stay in tents within parks/reserves and see all the animals really close.

Thanks to Kiwoito for a private customized 12 day honeymoon trip (9 days Safari + 3 days Zanzibar) for my fiancée and me, the entire trip was very comfortable and well arranged, their guide Sam explained and prepared meals for me throughout the trip Very good, as for the customer service reply very quickly, the journey during the change of arrangements can immediately reply and modify the itinerary, the owner Charles before we start the journey will first carefully explain the whole itinerary and arrangements, ask my opinion, my place In Hong Kong first paid 30% deposit, after arrival and then pay the balance, very trustworthy travel agency

Fulfilling and educating journey to the top of Mt Kenya by tour guide sam
Hi I’m a 19 year old university student who decided to climb mt Kenya solo. Uncut Africa gave me a good price for a 4 day trip with food accommodation guides and transport included. My guide was extremely educated about the area and history and was a great guide along the way. As well as my porter and chef (Don and Kim) being amazing throughout the trip.

Overall very good experience
Really great value for your money, we did 8 days safari with my gf, really enjoyed it,
The company has planned the whole 8 days for us, the only thing you need to pay in 8 days is your drinks ( they give one bottle per day which is not enough, I didn't even expect it) everything else is included ( food , accommodation, driver with vehicle, park entry fees) I think it's absolutely worth it,
I recommend to the 8 days as you can really have a good experience of Kenya and it's national parks, what's the point of going all the way to Africa and not spend enough time on the experience,
In some of the accommodations you get a cold shower, the food is enough and basic but I recommend to buy some snacks from supermarkets as well to have some snacks.
You will see a lot of people trying to sell just politely decline , believe me they are everywhere so be prepared.
Overall go for it , it's a unique experience that you will never forget.

Well I can definitely say that the tour operator is experienced & professional
All in all it was an amazing experience, however the office owner needs to chill a bit with his sense of humour or at least that's how he would describe it. Good thing that you spend the time/tour with the operator and not him.
