From the first video-call to the last day of our journey and afterwards, communication with Viatu (especially our travel agent Simone) was very easy, always friendly, with prompt replies and lots of very good and useful ideas. The locations/ lodgings and transportations proposed and booked for us were excellent. The travel plan worked out perfectly. If we had questions or minor problems during the journey, communication with our local contact person (Rea) was always very good and helpful with prompt answers.
The journey was the best we ever made. For me, it was a lifetime experience, also owed to the nice lodgings, very helpful and friendly people there and at our transportation company (Asilia), which Viatu had chosen.
The views of nature, wildlife and the country we got to see were just great. And in Moshi and in Sansibar, there was also a chance to get "out of the tourist bubble" if desired.

Champion was very informative and fun!
We did a four day private safari tour and I am beyond impressed! Our tour guide Champion really made the experience for us! Of course a lot of animal spotting is based on luck but Champion managed to always bring us to the right places at the right times! He gave information of the geography, history of the Maasai, and animals throughout our tour. Truly an unforgettable experience! Asante sana!
