Tarangira National park had an amazing amount and variety of animals which we started seeing the second we entered the park and continued seeing throughout our visit. It is a large park and we covered a lot of territory in the course of our day there but it was well worth it as the game viewing was spectacular. Lots of elephants, giraffes, antelope, monkeys, wildebeasts and zebras. Very pretty park with lots of rolling hills in addition to the more wide open savannah like spaces.

Really nice park with so many elephants and also we saw lions on trees and so many other animals. Really nice lunch picnic areas.

Shockingly good park. Close to Arusha. I recommend a full day. Don't skip this one!

Great start to the safari and amazing to see the tree lions.

It was a great starting place for us. Met monkeys at the at the park entrance and a warthog 2 minutes later. Lots of wildlife and a great teaser of what was to come.

Each of the parks offered a very different experience and biome. The drive here was fantastic.

Great place, especially for variety of birds but with plenty of large mammals as well.
