The 9-Day Lemosho Route is one of the most scenic and successful routes to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Beginning on the remote western side of the mountain, the route offers excellent acclimatization, diverse vegetation zones, and spectacular views. Trekkers pass through lush rainforest, heath and moorland, alpine desert, and arctic summit landscapes before reaching Uhuru Peak (5,895m), the highest point in Africa.
