This is where imposing camelthorn trees provide shade for huge black-maned lions and vantage points for leopards and many raptors. Explore Augrabies, called "Aukoerebis" or a "place of great noise" by the Khoi people, as this powerful flow of water is unleashed from rocky surroundings characterised by the Orange River Gorge. This is a self-drive tour.
