Mikumi National Park, Tanzania's fourth-largest national park, is easily accessible from Dar es Salaam, and a safari can definitely be done in 1 night and 2 days from Dar es Salaam. The park covers 3,230 km² (1,247 mi²) and is set between the Uluguru Mountains to the north and the Lumango Mountains to the southeast.
