Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive north through Nanyuki and Isiolo, arriving at Samburu in time for lunch at your lodge/camp. After check-in and a short rest, head out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the riverine forest along the Ewaso Nyiro River, where elephants, buffalos, and crocodiles are often spotted. Look out for lions resting in the shade and leopards that are frequently seen in this park. Return to your lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
