Most visitors to Madagascar arrive in Antananarivo (Tana) at Ivato International Airport (TNR). The tour operator will pick you up on arrival in most cases and handle all further ground transport.
Tsimanampetsotsa National Park is an off-the-beaten-track destination located on the west coast of Madagascar, 260km/161mi south of Toliara. Tsimanampetsotsa can be visited on a long day trip from Anakoa, 50km/31mi north of the park entrance, or on an overnight trip (camping only).
