More than 350 bird species have been recorded at Northern Tuli Game Reserve, making it an excellent birding destination. As with many private game reserves, birding is not usually a priority, so avid bird-watchers should consider booking a private vehicle to avoid disappointment. Guided walks and night drives are great opportunities to add more species to your list. There are also several on the reserve where you can sit and bird watch between activities.
