Arrival and Pickup Shoe Bill Experience at Mabamba Swamp
You will be met and warmly welcomed by our full-dressed driver guide upon arrival at the airport and transferred to your hotel for refreshments before you head out for your boat experience on Lake Victoria.
You will undertake a 3-hour boat trip on Mabamba Swamp in search of the Shoebill stork. Later, you'll return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation as you prepare for the next day’s adventure. Please note: the boat ride at Mabamba is highly recommended for the morning session as that’s the best time to spot the Shoebill Stock.

Transfer to Kibale National Park by Road
You will be welcomed by our driver guide who will brief you about the safari. Then, you'll start the journey to Kibale Forest National Park. The journey takes about 5 to 6 hours’ drive. On the way, you will have an en-route lunch in Fort Portal and enjoy stunning views of the crater lakes, tea and banana plantations, and Rwenzori peaks among others. Upon arrival in the park, you will continue to check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Kibale National Park for Chimpanzee Trekking
After a well-rested night at your lodge and an early breakfast, the driver guide will pick you up for the chimp trekking experience. You will be briefed by a ranger guide on how you are expected to conduct yourself while in the forest when you locate the chimps. Often you will find the chimps either resting, feeding, or grooming each other with the young ones.
This activity allows you 1 hour with the chimps. Depending on the time you start and how soon you locate the chimpanzees, this can be a whole-day activity or a half-day activity. You will walk with the rangers following these chimps throughout your time in the forest.
Right after this primate experience, you'll set out for a walk in the impressive Bigodi local community farming experience. This is an organic experience that takes you to coffee making, local banana beer making as well as visiting a local school in the community. After this experience, you will embark on your journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Safari Game Drive in Kasenyi and Afternoon Boat Cruise on the Kazinga Channel
You'll discover Queen Elizabeth National Park on a cool morning after breakfast. Go for an early game drive that exposes you to diverse savannah game, including some members of the Big Five —elephants, buffaloes, and lions. Other small animals include warthogs, hunchback carnivals like hyenas and many more species that are residents of this park spotted along the circuits as you drive along. Right after the game drive, you will visit some other interesting sights the the craters as well as the famous twin lakes of Katinda and Mirambi. You'll proceed to the lodge for lunch.
At 2 pm, you will go for an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel. The boat cruise is undertaken on the Kazinga Channel, a 40km water channel connecting Lake George in the West to Lake Edward in the Eastern part of the park. While on the boat Cruise, there are higher chances of spotting elephants, crocodiles, buffalos, birds, and large concentrations of hippos among others.

Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for Gorilla Trekking
You'll have breakfast at the lodge and later on head journey to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Along the way, you will enjoy the beautiful scenic views of the Kigezi region. Later, you'll check in the late evening at your safari lodge as you prepare for the next day for your ultimate gorilla tracking experience.

Mountain Gorilla Trekking Excursion in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park & Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
You will wake up early morning for breakfast depending on the distance of your lodge to the starting point. You will drive to the park headquarters where you will be briefed by the Bwindi National Park rangers and allocated a gorilla family to track. This will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience as you watch the mountain gorillas live their daily life of feeding, playing around, and grooming themselves. The gorilla trekking activity takes 2 to 8 hours sparing one hour spent with the mountain gorillas. You will then drive to Lake Bunyonyi for relaxation.

Transfer from Lake Bunyonyi Back to Entebbe
At sunrise, you will have breakfast and then go for an amazing boat trip on the numerous islands on this lake. Lake Bunyonyi has about 29 islands and each of these islands has a unique story that your local boat and site guide will help you in interpreting. After the 1-hour boat trip, you will check out of your lodge and then head back to Entebbe with lunch at the Famous Equator restaurant.
