You will depart Nairobi early morning with pick-up from your hotel or airport. On this day, you will wake up early for a sunrise game drive — when predators are active, and Kilimanjaro’s snow-capped peak reveals itself in morning light. After the early morning drive, you'll head back to the camp for a hearty breakfast, enjoy the serenity of the camp. After lunch, you will head out for a deeper exploration of the park’s diverse ecosystems: marshes where elephants cool off, woodlands alive with birdsong, and dry plains where cheetahs silently stalk prey. After an early breakfast at your Amboseli camp, check out and begin your scenic drive to Lake Naivasha, a journey of approximately 6–7 hours through Kenya’s rolling landscapes. Arrive by midday and enjoy lunch at your lodge before heading out for an afternoon excursion on the lake. Glide past hippos and monitor the rich birdlife, including fish eagles and kingfishers, while taking in the serene beauty of the freshwater lake. Return to your lodge in the evening, relax, and enjoy dinner as the sun sets over Naivasha, preparing for the next day’s adventure toward the Maasai Mara.

In the late afternoon, you will head out for a cultural immersion at a traditional Maasai BOMA.
