A Tanzania different from the typical safari

A busy day. We left early at 6:30 a.m. at the organizer's suggestion. It was a good choice; we were practically alone and were able to enjoy the trek and the spectacular waterfall. On the way back, we saw groups and groups of tourists arriving. The waterfall and the forest are beautiful, further enhanced by our guide, Habib, who was skilled and friendly. On the way back, we stopped at the village to learn all the steps involved in making good coffee from the fruit. Fun and informative. We enjoyed the homemade, traditional lunch very much. The second part of the day was dedicated to the natural thermal pool. Here, light and shadows, the place is fascinating and, in good weather, pleasant, but the road to get there and back is truly long and tiring. Don't expect Italian thermal water; it's only around 25 degrees. If you have a mask and/or water shoes, bring them. Anyway, masks can be rented for a few shillings. There are no lockers or anything else; it's all very natural. There's the option of free diving using a liana, which is great fun. As for the organization, nothing to complain about. Precise, punctual, nice car, excellent driver (John), generally very reliable.

We booked the private 1-day-safari to Nyerere National Park from Zanzibar. From the flight to go to the park, to the national park itself and the lunch, we enjoyed our safari with Safarivista Adventures a lot. We appreciated the friendly staff, it was an amazing adventure that we will not easily forget!

We have one of the best experience in our life by organising the safari with Safari vista Adventures: we initially wanted to do the 2 days safari but due to bad weather conditions we went for the one day and it was magnificent ! The guide Jefri and the driver made it unforgettable by guiding us inside the forests, foreseen a nice coffe break and lunch between the wild population.

From the very beginning, Safarivista Adventures’ team brought incredible energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to the experience. The hike across Shira Plateau was filled with great conversations, plenty of smiles, and a true appreciation for the spectacular landscapes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
