Professional!
I heard of SINGE TOURS in 2023 through a colleague in Nairobi. I have since then organised about a dozen trips to different places with / for different persons. I know that I can count on their professionalism to sit back and relax. Once I give them the brief and we agree on the expectations (mode of transport, accommodation, activities, etc.), my focus quickly shifts to co-ordinating my team. I leave Singe Tours to do the rest. The drivers are cordial and keep time (a commendable trait in the tropics). Thanks to their good knowledge of the parks, the safaris acquire an educational character, enabling us to enjoy the trip and to learn a few lessons about wildlife and the parks.
I just returned from Samburu National Park yesterday with some friends. We stayed in Samburu Elephant Lodge. Without the driver's knowledge and patience, we would not have spotted all the animals endemic to the area (reticulated giraffe, Baiser oryx, Somali ostriches, grevy zebras, and gerenuk). We got to see the close to 20 lions hiding under the orange-leaf croton bushes. It is these little details that contributed to the wonderful experience by my team.
During our debrief after the safari, one team member said the following: "The game drive was fantastic; the driver was courteous and patient and friendly and always kept time. The food was very well done, very tasty, at the right temperature and in good portions. The hotel staff were amazing, courteous, friendly, pleasant, and on time. The group was great. Very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel environment was so serene; I enjoyed the lounge and sunbeds and the view of the river and bush experience. The room was spacious, clean and had enough bathroom supplies."

Paul and Benson were always on time and consulted with us what we wanted to do and when.
They would also suggest ideal things to do in order to fill any awkward time gaps.
And always communicative and friendly.
And the 6am sunrise tour at Oltuka gave us the lion view of dreams!!

I got a few quotes and this operator provided the most reasonable prices. Not only that, but there communication was amazing and they ensured I had a great experience. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and the park guide was also fantastic.
Agnes, Kennedy and Singe Tours Are Amazing
From the very beginning we loved what Singe Tours had as an itinerary. But the tour (3 Days with a flight to Maasai Mara) exceeded all our expectations. The Little Zebra Camp gave us the best service (amazing food and relaxed vibes.) Kennedy, the Maasai Guide, was so informative and patient and sweet. We saw 4 of the Big 5 (all except the rhino) and so so much more. Agnes picked us up and dropped us off at the airport herself.

Fantastic!
We have traveled with a number of tour operators, but Singe (seen-gay) is in a league of its own. They were incredibly patient and understanding as we were in the planning stages of our trip and struggling with timing and other decisions. When we arrived, were met at the airport by the owners, who welcomed us warmly. The curated custom itinerary of game drives, accommodations, and other activities they arranged were spectacular. Nelson, our driver/guide/game spotter was spectacular. His ability to spot wildlife was unbelievable and he was especially good at finding quiet areas of each park where we could be alone with the wildlife. After a dozen game drives, he still found ways to keep things astounding. His warmth and humour were hugely appreciated.
When my wife’s sister passed away during the trip, Singe Tours contacted the lodge where we were staying, and the staff arranged for her to plant a tree in memory. We truly cannot say enough about Singe Tours. What other tour company texts their clients to ensure they arrived home safely? No other that we have ever encountered. They created the trip of a lifetime for us and we can’t recommend this company highly enough.
