Unbelievable Experience

A truly incredible experience from start to finish. We had difficult flight times arriving late at night and leaving very early in the morning and our guide Suliat was always there to pick us up and drop us off (even with tricky Kigali traffic). We never felt unsafe the entire trip while crossing boarders and driving across the country to hit all the highlights thanks to Kajie and Suliat for taking care of all the logistics! So many unbelievable experiences being feet away from so many different animals while golden monkey, gorilla and chimp trekking. If you’re worried about the food, don’t be! Every lodge and every stop along the way picked by Kajie had delicious food (and often 3 courses!). Thanks so much to Kajie and Suliat for leaving us with such a memorable experience.

A very special thank you to our guides, Annette and Jamal, who were absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end of the trip. Professional, caring, always available, and incredibly kind, they played a huge role in making this adventure truly unforgettable. Their knowledge of the wildlife, the region, and the local culture added tremendous value to every stage of our journey.

The lodges selected for us were perfectly suited to our expectations: comfortable, ideally located, and each offering its own unique atmosphere. Every lodge added a new dimension to the trip and contributed greatly to the overall experience.

What we will remember most is that every single day brought a new experience, filled with discoveries, emotions, and magical moments. Each morning came with excitement, and every day held wonderful new surprises.

This trip will remain in our memories forever, and we highly recommend this safari organizer to anyone looking for an authentic, perfectly arranged, and truly emotional safari experience.

In the words of Coldplay, this really was an adventure of a lifetime!! I felt incredibly honoured to get so close to nature and thankful for every day. Uganda is a stunning country with amazing people ready to welcome you with the warmest smile..
All of this was made possible by our incredibly professional tour guide Collie from Kajie Safari- this man is an absolute legend with incredible values, a real gentleman who goes above and beyond to make sure your holiday is everything you want it to be. As a single female travelling, he was incredibly respectful and made sure our safety was a priority. (including reminding me to add sunscreen.!!) booking with a local tour company was a bit of an unknown but definitely the best choice I ever made – it’s obvious to see local guides have a strong presence and are well respected / better established within the lodges and on the Safari treks than other companies to ensure their customers have the best experience– if you are looking to go on a Safari please please please use a local company – Kajie safari was outstanding and cannot recommend enough.

The communication from booking until our airport drop-off home was exceptional - quick speedy responses with honest advice always given.

We spent two unforgettable weeks traveling through Uganda, and it was truly one of the most amazing experiences of our lives. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment of the journey.

One of the highlights was the incredible wildlife. We were fortunate enough to see an astonishing variety of animals up close, creating memories that will stay with us forever. Every day brought new adventures and exciting experiences.

Throughout the entire trip, we always felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hospitality we encountered everywhere was simply outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. The warmth and friendliness of the people made this journey even more special.

A very special thank you goes to our guide, Baluku. He was knowledgeable, professional, and great fun to be around. His enthusiasm, sense of humor, and dedication made the trip even more enjoyable, and we shared countless laughs along the way.

The itinerary was packed with wonderful activities, ensuring that every day was interesting and rewarding. The organization was excellent, and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end.

This was a truly unique and unforgettable experience. We would not hesitate for a second to book exactly the same trip again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Uganda.
