Wonderful Experience with Off2Africa

We used Chloe from Off 2 Africa to plan a safari trip for 4. Were from the states and had never been to Africa, but had a list of things we wanted to do. Chloe was able to organize our ideas into the most perfect trip which included 5 nights in Cape Town, 3 nights at a safari lodge, and 2 at Victoria... Read more Falls. Chloe was easy to communicate with via email despite the time difference between us. We had a minor request about switching a tour while in Cape Town and Chloe was able to get it done within 24 hours! Everything was so nicely organized in an app she provided us with before arrival, we were also given a pre arrival pdf of information with packing recommendations, weather, tipping, ect. Everything from start to finish went seamlessly, every transfer was waiting for us with a sign, every tour was perfect, and all 3 accommodations were luxurious while not breaking the bank!
I couldn’t recommend Chloe any more, and will definitely use this company again!

Special shout out for sending us to Pondoro Game Lodge which was spectacular beyond our expectations!

Chole was wonderful. She was attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend her.

We saw the Big Five and so much more – including breathtaking sunrises, herds of elephants, and even a rare leopard sighting!
The accommodations exceeded expectations – comfortable, clean, and perfectly located to take in the beauty of the surroundings. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure every guest felt welcome and cared for.
This was more than just a vacation – it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’m so grateful to Chloe for making it so special, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Our safari adventure, booked through Sian, was nothing short of spectacular! From start to finish, the experience was seamless, and Chobe Sanctuary stood out as the best lodge we’ve ever stayed at—luxurious, welcoming, and perfectly situated. The Zimbabwe lodges were great, but Chobe set an unbeatable... Read more standard. The transfers were smooth, the wildlife sightings were phenomenal, and the whole itinerary was expertly crafted. We’re already planning our next Africa trip and wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sian again. Highly recommend!

I booked my 6 day safari in Botswana only a couple of weeks before going so not much time to fiddle around. After the initial query Claire had it all sorted out and presented me with a detailed and easy to understand program within a couple of days.
Everything was as advertised. Two lodges (camps)... Read more I stayed at were great and the two internal flights were also booked perfectly in regards to my arrival time and departure time to fly back home.
The thing I appreciated the most though was Claire’s response time which was in minutes and her checking in on me numerous times making sure everything is going smoothly.
I would definitely recommend Off 2 Africa and will surely contact them again when I go explore the region in the future.

My April 2025 trip to Zimbabwe with Off2Africa was spectacular, exceeding every expectation. Their service was truly exemplary from start to finish.

As a solo female traveller, safety and support were key concerns. Off2Africa, and the wonderful Claire, were incredible. Knowing I was looked after... Read more every step of the way, with all transport and arrangements handled, allowed me to truly relax and immerse myself in the experience.

Communication throughout was excellent. Investing a significant amount of money in this trip, I was greatly reassured by the clear, consistent updates. Claire was always prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. This continued when I was in Zimbabwe, and even a last-minute safari accommodation change was handled with professionalism on arrival (and was an upgrade!)

Every location I stayed at was beautiful, with stunning rooms and impeccable service. Off2Africa's commitment to quality clearly shines through. Khulu Bush Camp in Hwange National Park was a particular highlight – an unforgettable experience with wonderful staff and a beautiful location.

The memories I made on this trip are priceless, and Off2Africa absolutely facilitated every single one. Their dedication to excellent service, Claire's support, and their commitment to quality truly set them apart. Thank you, Off2Africa, for an experience I will treasure for a lifetime!
