Since the moment of the initial quotation was clear the professionalism of the company and their staff, they support us on finding the best option for what we were seeking during out trip. My wife and I planned our first trip to Africa through Off2Africa Travel. We did an 8-day, 7-night trip in Zimbabwe and Botswana including Hwange National Park, Victoria Falls, and Chobe National Park. Our consultant, Claire, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Never having planned a trip like this before, we had a lot of questions, and Claire always responded quickly and with great detail. All communications were very clear, timely, and extremely helpful when planning the trip. The trip itself was truly a once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget. All of the lodgings - most recommended by Claire - were top-notch, and the service at each place was spectacular. Every single logistical part of the trip went flawlessly - all thanks to Claire's meticulous planning and coordination. We had extremely high expectations, and every single one of them were exceeded. We saw so much wildlife, experienced so many things that can't be found anywhere else, and really had the trip of a lifetime. We would highly recommend Off2Africa, and Claire, to anyone planning a trip to Africa.

We have just returned from our trip to Botswana (Chobe) and Zimbabwe (Vic Falls, Hwange, Matusadona - Lake Kariba & Mana Pools.
Sian put together the perfect itinerary for us.
Our whole trip was amazing; we cannot think of one single thing which could have been better. All the lodges where great, amazing food in all of them and outstanding service and attention to detail. Our safari guides where amazing, on most of our outings we were the only ones on the car; Nantwich, The Hide, Changa and almost all at Muchenje as well, at John's camp there was one other couple! We liked all the lodges we stayed, but Changa our favorite. Maybe because it is on a lake and it was also a little warmer as well. Richard the camp manager was fantastic, as were all other camp managers and staff! We spend most of our outings on the lake, a nice change from game drives, as well as a couple of walking safaris. Love the lake!
A special mention also to The Hide, great service all around, but the overnight stay at the "Dove's Nest" was exceptional!
All our transport pick-ups and drop offs where spot on. I would also like to comment on Grand Air. For our 5 flights we had Rob and Rory, an Aussie who comes from the same suburb we live in Perth, what are the chances. Both guys were great. As on 4 of the flights we were the only 2 guests, Rob took slightly different routes to give us different perspectives, he even took a diversion and a loop over the Vic Falls! How amazing!
In conclusion, it was a trip to remember the only thing left now is to start planning the next.......!

This memorable holiday will be always remembered for the flawless organisation and the magic of Botswana’s nature. We were impressed with the friendly and polite professionalism of all the staff members of the Lodges ( Camp Moremi and Ghoha Hills Camp). I can certainly recommend to anyone.
