The experience with Buyanga Safaris has been exceptional
The experience with Buyanga Safaris has been exceptional. Starting with Peter's seriousness and organizational skills, who was always attentive to our objectives and needs, efficiently resolving any unforeseen problems generated by our inexperience. The necessary complement that made our trip a very good option was the guide/driver Aptun, who drove with the necessary expertise on very long journeys to allow us to comply with our program, and his problem-solving skills and knowledge of the country allowed us to do in six days what normally takes 10 days. In short, if we return to Uganda, which we will, since seeing gorillas, chimpanzees, and the Shoebill is a sensation you will want to repeat. When that happens, we will definitely return with Buyanga Safaris for reasons of quality, safety, and, why not say, price.
Buyaga Safaris were excellent in every way.
We had a fantastic holiday with Buyaga Safaris, very ably led by, Simpson, our guide. Simpson personalised our experience, making adjustments to the programme to accommodate our requests and capabilities.
Friends and family have asked what the highlight of the holiday was, and that is hard to say with so many:
The power and roar of Murchison Falls, with swirling currents and clouds of spray.
The elephants wandering, just metres away, past our lodge in the Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The encounter with the almost human gorillas. The babies rushing out of the bushes and then back again to tease the tourists. The majesty of the silverback. You looked into his eyes and he seemed to be thinking, 'Oh, another bunch of humans come to visit.'
We went looking for the elusive Shoebill in a couple of the parks, but did not find one. But Simpson had been in touch with other guides swapping sightings. Then on our last day on the way to the airport we stopped at a wetland, and there was the Shoebill.
I could add many other magical experiences, but rather than read this review, go and see for yourself.
Buyaga Safaris:
Communications: Lightening fast and very easy to deal with.
Service: Excellent.
Value for money: Much cheaper than using a UK based operator. Worth every cent.
Reliability: 100%.

Great experience at a fair price
The communication before the safari was top. They picked us up in Entebbe at the time we planned.
The tour and the lodge were what they promised us, even higher.
The guide, Brighton, was kind and attentive to our needs and requests.
We were also lucky and saw all the animals, including the climbing Lion, that Brighton spotted.

unforgettable trip
We just got back from an amazing trip and we can not wait to share our experience with you!
Communications: The communication with the tour organisation was impeccable from the first moment. They always responded quickly and were very willing to answer our questions. Their staff was friendly and professional, which immediately made me feel at ease.
Service: The service offered during the tour was top. The tour guides, every person we met was friendly, knowledgable and dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of the trip was covered. They thought of everything!
Value for money: we must say that, considering everything that was included in the package, the price was more than reasonable. Every day there were new experiences and each experience was better than the previous one. It was a really good investment.
Reliability: The organisation has kept all the promises and commitments made. Every trip, every activity and every meal was organised by the minute, which reflects the efficiency and professionalism of the company.
The tour itself: The tour has been designed to perfection, with an ideal balance between activity, relaxation and fun. We have the opportunity to explore incredible places, learn about new cultures and have experiences that we never thought we could have. Every day he brought with our a new adventure!
In summary, we gigli recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable travel experience. The organisers, service and activities offered make this trip a must for any adventurous traveller out there! Are you ready to live the journey of your life?
special thanks to the guides Eric and Simpson
Professional and exceptional from the start to the finish.
From the moment I decided to go to uganda I read many reviews and Buyaga seemed to come out on top. I am so pleased I chose them. Peter was extremely helpful every step of the way with planning, permits, money transfers, with great communication. I felt totally at ease with the whole process.
When I arrived I was greated by the most gorgeous gentleman, Apton. I spent 12 days with this guy. We laughed, shared stories, and made a great friendship. His knowledge of the culture, history and biology is incredible. I learnt a lot. I trusted him every step of the way and he was always on time, ready to go. I highly recommend him as a guide/driver.
Then there was the tour itself. I have travelled a lot and never have I experienced a trip as amazing as this. Uganda is full of fantastic surprises. I can't imagine there is a place or tour better. The only thing I can think of better is to do it all again. Worth every cent. If you are trying to decide who to go with, trust me, Buyaga is 100% spot on. Ps im a female solo traveller
