Beck was exceptional

Visiting South Africa for a safari had always been on our bucket list, and the experience exceeded every expectation.
A huge part of what made this trip so smooth and memorable was Beck, our travel consultant. From the moment planning began, Beck was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient..... especially with all my crazy questions. He always responded promptly and answered my question

This was our first trip to Africa and our first Safari experience, and we are so very glad we found Emma at Off 2 Africa. I began my search online not knowing what to find or expect, we weren't sure what or who we could rely on for travel arrangements. From the first correspondence and up front quotes, we knew we were in good hands. Emma was easy to reach and always responded within hours. I felt like we could afford the mid range safari experience and relied on Emma to book it in it's entirety while making suggestions to customize our trip. We wanted a few days to recover from Jetlag traveling from the US, so Emma recommended Cape Town. What a lovely city and great place to see and unwind. I felt that the cost was also very reasonable for all that we received. Our accommodations exceeded our expectations all along the tour from Cape Town, to the Safari. We ran into a travel emergency and Emma was there to respond immediately and very helpful arranging transport and Doctors. And also checked in all the time and offered support and guidance which we greatly appreciated. Our hats off to Emma and Off 2 Africa for organizing our amazing trip to South Africa.

Only with the knowledge in what lodges we would be, we fell from ones stunning surprise in another. What a beautiful trip and so well organized. Sleeping outside under the stars, surrounded by elephants, hippos and giraffes.
South Luangwa is really beautiful and very remote, while the Zambezi area gave us a more luxury feeling.

Everything went smooth, no issues

I created and tweaked my itinerary with Chloe who has been very helpful and responsive.
The resulting itinerary worked out very well for me.

On the ground everything was almost perfect -- I was picked up on time for my activities and transfers and the lodges were very nice.

The only tiny issues, which were sorted out in a few minutes, were the booking at Hwange which they had to look for and the BOMA dinner which they initially asked me to pay although it was pre-booked.

I highly recommend this company

Chloe, our Off2Africa Travel consultant, put together the perfect package for our epic adventure to Southern Africa. The combination of comfort, experience and intelligence made our time in the Delta and Desert camps unforgettable and created an experience that neither Marsha nor I will never forget. While the animals of Botswana delivered more than expected, I will not forget the people I met, the warmth, kindness and giving offered by our hosts, or the happiness. Relationships have been created that will remain with me always.
