Michele from Indigo Safaris created an affordable, stress-free travel experience for my 8-day trip in Namibia.
I am a senior woman who was traveling on my own to reminisce about the time I spent in Namibia 45 years ago.
I loved the ease of travel on shuttles on the road trip from Windhoek to Sesriem, Swakopmund and back to Windhoek.
The excursion to Sossusvlei and the sunset trip in the desert were highlights!
Michele's choice of accommodation, at Arebbusch Travel Lodge in Windhoek, the Namib Desert Lodge, and The Delight in Swakopmund, was perfect and convenient. All the arrangements, including the hiring of a car in Swakopmund for my individual exploring of Walvis Bay and the surrounding area, were accomplished with ease and without any hitches.
The happy memories of this nostalgic trip will stay with me for ever!

Shannon from Indigo was amazing.
Nothing was too much trouble. As we had not been to Africa before she gave us different options and stepped us thru all the way. Itinerary was detailed with all contact numbers. Very easy and comfortable to deal with. We had an amazing stay and loved every moment of it.

Organized a perfect trip for us, I highly recommend!

Indigo tailor made the trip for us with the days we preferred. Everything was seamless from pick up to drop off. The guides/drivers were great, the vehicles comfortable, the hotels chosen excellent. We loved our Sossusvlei trip with pick up at Windhoek to drop off at Swakopmund.

Very knowledgable, supportive and great service to give us a trip of a lifetime!

Shannon was our main contact at Indigo Safaris. She was very personable and supportive from the initial contact all the way through the booking process, safari options and choices, support during the trip (including one minor panic when an international flight connection was changed!) to the end of the trip itself.

We undertook a multi-location tour include Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana and then back to Namibia for a family of 5 with older teenage and adult children.

The trip itinerary was complete from the time we arrived at Windhoek airport in Namibia all the way through to the time we left to return home. We had a day-by-day specialised itinerary with regular contact with Shannon during the trip to manage internal safari transfers.

Shannon even gave us first hand experience of one of the Safari lodges as she visited it a few weeks before our trip and sent us photos.

Overall I would highly recommend Indigo Safaris.

Shannon was brilliant from the start, she worked with us to make sure we had an itinerary that we were happy with, took stuff out and added stuff in to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. Value for money was also fantastic. Communication was flawless and we had the trip of a lifetime. We would 100% recommend booking with Shannon at Indigo Safaris!
