Best tour ever
It was one of the most wonderful experience where we saw the top 5 big ones not only once but several times. Most of all we have close up shots and even came eye to eye with a lion - so close to our vehicle that our guide had to advise us not stare it in the eyes. There were zebras, gazelles, elephants, lions, hyenas, baboons, wildebeests, grand and Thomson gazelles, leopards, cheetah with cubs, and rhinoceros with young, blue monkeys, a lake full of beautiful flamingoes and many more. Most of all, kudos to our guide, John Paul, who is so experienced and planned each day so well that it was new sights and new experience for each day of our 7 days Serengeti Safari. My wife had broken her ankle in Cape Town two days before this tour. So we thought that’s the end of our holiday. But John made sure she is well taken care off by driving as close to the rest rooms as he could and help her to board and alight the vehicle that she was able to enjoy the whole Safari despite being on clutches. Compliments to the company for getting such an excellent, knowledgeable and caring person to lead us to the best trip ever!

I have broken my ankle bone & in a cast in Capetown before joining the 7 days safari . Because of the caring & responsible guide, Mr John Paul, I was able to enjoy my tour as normal.

John Paul is a fantastic guide. He is professional and patient. He makes sure we are safe and have an enjoyable time. Above all, he is very caring, always ensuring our friend who has leg injury to be as near to the washrooms, and helped to get in and out of the jeep safely. I highly recommend John for a wonderful safari experience.

Fabulous and memorable
Before: Communication with Serengeti Smile was always very smooth and clear. Erick deserves to be mentioned here. He was always ready to answer all possible questions we had and adapt the trip to our needs. We went for a 4 day safari.
During: The safari was an amazing experience. We were very lucky with our driver/guide Baraka. Besides being a very good driver, he knew a lot about fauna&flora, which he showed/told us about, and he was a good companion to chat along and make jokes along the days we were practically travelling together. Baraka drove us to cool spots where we could see all possible animals. He had a plan on his mind where to go/what to see, so we could take advantage to the most of our safari experience. On the top of that it was very interesting to talk to him about the situation in Tanzania/Africa. 5 stars to Baraka as well! The accommodations Serengeti Smile booked for us were very good and the respective staff was always very kind to us. As being 2 women travelling there was no weird situation or anything that would make us feel uncomfortable nor insecure.
After: We couldn't praise more the services of Serengeti Smile. Everyone very professional, punctual, friendly and so on. So we definitely recommend their services and am not surprise anymore for such good reviews (as ours). We don't regret any cent we paid!

Perfect Safari Tour
We did a 3 day Safari with serengetismile and we have to say it was amazing!
We got two awsome Guides, Champion und Dominic both of them do an incredibal Job!
They made an familary atmosphere, they did all to get us a perfect vaccation.
All we wanted to see, we are going to! Like: lions, cheetah, rhino, hippos, Monkeys, Giraffe, Zebra and so much more!
We just can recommend you to book by Erik serengetiysmile, it was so easy and uncomplicated per WhatsApp, he respond to all our wishes! Make sure to have dominic and Champion as your Safari guides, it will be worth it!
It was an amazing vaccation that we will Never forget!

The journey of my dreams
It was amazing saw the animals in their own hábitat, everything its really save, clean, and protectec. You can hear the sound of them.
The guide its just like a friend of us, he’s always kind, and knows a lot of things, hes always caring about us and take us to the best places in the parks to see the animals, he’s a wonderfull person, we love to picnic, and share historys.
The accommodatios are really beautiful and quiet, we love that, the food its amazing in every place we go, and the lunchs are delicious.
We recomend to use Serengeti Smile as your agency because they are so complete, and we saw all the animals and the big five. We Never wanna leave this place and our new friend Gody Champion, because we feel like in home.
We don’t miss anything. We made our dreams come true with you.

Awesome. They fulfill our requirements and made our experience so much better than expected
Our tour operator was just espectacular, from day one when I contacted them, Erick was kind and organized our itinerary according to our wishes. When we get to the country, we could not ask for a better guide. A young, kind, funny and wise guy who guided us through the amazing natural reserves and parks and little towns we got the visit during our safari. We could talk about everything we wanted and made us feel home and in family. I highly recommend this tour operator and specially our guide, Gody Champion who made our safari experience one that we would love to repeat very soon. He was always looking for us to be alright, hearing our wishes and teaching us a lot about the animals and nature we were around. People, go to Tanzania, use Serengeti smile as your operator and ask for Gody champion, you’re gonna have fun ✌🏻

We had some special requests, and they did a great job putting our safari together!
We did a safari with Safari Smile in February 2024. We are birdwatchers, so we needed a special plan (because most safaris concentrate almost exclusively on mammal sightings). Albert did a great job arranging our trip. The hotels and camps were great, but above all, our driver Fabhili and our guide Emanuel did a fabulous job. Highly recommended.
