Professional , meticulous and planned the perfect safari
An amazing company who makes your safari trip feel tailored to you and leaves no stone unturned. The guide provided ( Eddie) was the best and incredibly knowledgable and ensured that you got everything you wanted from a safari without following the big crowds. Communication from start to finish was second to none and nothing was too much trouble. The team are great and we have left having had the trip of a life time. Would highly recommend to others.

Amazing safari
Our guide was exceptional. He was friendly, professional, attentive and had an impressive knowledge of the wildlife and the national parks. He knew exactly where to look for animals and always tried his best to give us the most exciting and memorable sightings. We were lucky to see an incredible variety of wildlife, often from surprisingly close distances.
What we appreciated most was how comfortable and personal the whole experience felt. Our guide Champion was always patient, flexible with our wishes and genuinely enthusiastic about showing us the beauty of Tanzania. Spending several days together felt easy and enjoyable, with plenty of interesting conversations and good laughs along the way.
We came to Tanzania hoping for a great safari, but the experience turned out to be even better than we imagined. We returned with amazing memories, hundreds of photos and a completely new appreciation for this beautiful country.
A huge thank you to Serengeti Smile Safari and our wonderful guide for making this journey so special. We would happily recommend them to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania!

Our safari was truly unforgettable — we saw so many incredible animals, visited beautiful places and learned so much along the way. Everything felt very well planned, while still being relaxed and enjoyable. The service, communication and attention to detail were excellent.

Wonderful safari but do not recommend
Do not recommend.
Good: Wonderful safari with skilled wildlife driver. We enjoyed what we would like to see, great river crossing, big 5 animals, etc.
Bad: 1. Office response is not speedy after we paid the balance.
2. The unacceptable thing is the office changed our camp without any information. Even I pushed them to provide the details and explanation, they still not tell me the new camp’s name. Please image you will be taken to an unknown place at wildlife park, what do you think?!

Serengeti Smiles from our first inquiry were very speedy answering our questions. Options given to us were helpful. We feel it was good value for money. We chose midrange but it was very comfortable both vehicle and accommodation. Our guide Champion however was top of the range. Couldn't fault his ability to find animals for us and remain courteous and kind and delightful company.
